With the new Rakza PO Yasaka has developed a short pimpled out rubber. Offering increased spin capacity, due to the shape of the pimpled geometry and the use of more natural gum in the top sheet.

I've used a lot of different short pips rubbers, but this one is the easiest to use and I've stuck with it.
Since the pips run sideways, it does generate spin, but it also produces speed and knuckle balls easily.
With my forehand stroke, my shots tend to come out as knuckle balls too, so opponents seem to have a hard time with it, but for me it's very easy to use.
You can also put spin on your serves. The sponge grips the ball well, so it works well for every technique — the stop especially bites really well.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

It's easy to put spin on the ball, so if you like putting spin on your serves, you should use this.

I put this on a blade I use just for fun.
I tried it on the forehand side
and it was good — you can hit both topspin drives and hard smashes, and
it's also easy to vary the pace.
That said, since it's a spin-oriented tension rubber, I felt more affected by the opponent's spin than I expected.I think this rubber suits the forehand better than the backhand.

This short pips rubber makes it very easy to put spin on the ball. It's also easy to control and has a nice sense of speed, but the feel was harder than I expected.

A penhold friend of mine who used to play inverted rubber switched to this. When I got to try it, my impression was that even though it's short pips with a quick ball release, it has amazing spin, plus control and speed on par with inverted rubber. In other words, the perfect short pips.
