Combination of soft sponge, coaxes out a high-performance control.

- Quick ball release causes bounce position to vary with force
- Requires experience; difficult for rubber beginners

I won a Butterfly giveaway, so I got to try this ahead of release, here are my thoughts.
First off, it reminded me a lot of Mizuno's Booster EV.
Both speed and control were excellent. It lifts backspin balls easily. You can put spin on it if you try to, but it's not really a rubber built for that. It's not great for serving or driving, but it's perfect for fast, rocket-style serves. It's hard to hit well, but when it lands, it's almost funny how many mistakes the opponent makes.
I think it's a great fit for junk/off-beat attacking styles. If you want control and speed, I'd say try the Impartial XB, and if you want spin, try the Impartial XS.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Overall evaluation
Spin: The sheet is on the harder side with fairly quick ball release, but not much slip
Speed: As mentioned, the harder sheet plus the softer sponge lets you land supersonic meet-hits
Control: The soft sponge gives you solid control
Overall, this is a rubber that's perfect for speed-focused, close-to-the-table fast attack. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I use this as short pips on one side of a penhold blade, thick sponge. It's supposedly a balanced rubber, but it's really specialized for meet-hitting close to the table. I was used to a brushing stroke from horizontal-grain pips, so at first even my forehand hits kept going into the net constantly. Just the top sheet is slippery, but if you meet-hit it so the impact reaches the sponge, it grips the ball firmly and gives a stable, good shot. On drives, even opening the angle a lot and using a lifting-type stroke, the ball doesn't fly too high and lands just right. Blocks stop dead and land shallow on the opponent's side, so they seem hard to handle. Smashes are very fast and satisfying to land. For a vertical-grain rubber, I'd say the serves spin fairly well. I later switched to Spectrum S2, and compared to that, this one doesn't fly too much, but in exchange it doesn't let you cut corners — you always have to hit it properly. It's fairly weak against humidity.

rabbit apple (Experience: More than 20 years) Totally average. Maybe suited for backhand pips

It's more manageable than Morist SP — I'd describe it as Spectrum with a bit of tension added. The ball releases a little quickly. It grips the ball well, so you don't have to worry about blocks dropping short.
It's neither good nor bad, no real character of its own... that's the kind of rubber it is.
Knuckle balls don't come naturally, but you can get them if you smack the ball. I felt the XS wasn't suited to backhand short pips, but I think this one works well for backhand short pips. It doesn't bounce like crazy, so fine technique is easy and you can push the opponent back and forth.
How much you can call this "no character is its character" really depends on you — whether you find it lacking or find it all-around capable. That's about my impression. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Table tennis coach Pin-chan (Experience: More than 20 years) Speed and quick release are good, but it slips

My first impression was that this is a fast-releasing rubber
I could do long and short serves, but the spin amount tended to fall short, so I got punished instantly by flicks and chiquitas
On drives, the ball leaves before you can really put spin on it, so it doesn't arc much — even trying to snap it with the wrist, the rubber just slips and you end up with a dead, floaty ball with no spin
That said, it also kills the opponent's drive spin by slipping the same way, so you can get away with a fairly sloppy counter-smash and it still lands
It's a rubber that really depends on the user and their playing styleAll Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Bad pen table (Experience: 11〜20 years) Great speed! Great knuckle balls!

This is a great rubber for penhold short-pips players with a fast-attack, close-to-the-table style.
It has speed, produces knuckle balls, and the control isn't bad either.
Compared to the Moristo SP and Rakza PO, this rubber gave me the best results by far.
Against the opponent's drives, my favorite counter shots land with a really satisfying feel.
Maybe I'm asking for too much, but I do wish the serves had a bit more bite. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Speed and spin are top-class among short pips.
But it flies too far one moment and stops dead the next -
the bounce position changes a lot depending on how much power you put in,
so I struggled with control. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
