I was using this on my backhand.
Drives against topspin are stable, and it's stable against backspin too.
Backhand drives from mid-distance don't carry quite as far, so you might need some extra power for those.
In the short game, stops and chiquitas were easy to pull off!

I'm currently using it on my backhand.
It's really well balanced and works broadly for intermediate players.
The bounce isn't bad either.
Sometimes people say "it gets great spin so it's good for beginners," but I don't really agree. This rubber performs well enough that I think a beginner using it might end up relying on the rubber too much. Also, the price sits in that awkward middle ground — not cheap, not expensive — so I don't think beginners should buy it.
Paired with a thicker pure 7-ply blade like an SK7 or Classic, it turns out really well.
That's because Rozena's speed and ball weight aren't anything amazing.

Currently using this on my backhand.
My impression is that Rozena is more than enough for the backhand.
I switched over from Tenergy 05 Hard. At first, naturally, 05 Hard had more spin, speed,
and power, and Rozena felt lacking in comparison, but that was because my stroke was a bit too brush-heavy.
When I made a point of sinking the ball in properly and tried again, I started getting really strong spin (the kind that can blow through an opponent's block),
and the speed felt comparable to Tenergy too.Above all, 05 Hard is also a really great rubber, but its performance was quite dependent
on my condition and form that day, whereas with Rozena I stopped worrying about that so much — no matter what state I was in,
I could still get solid spin and stay consistent.The thing I liked most was blocking. No matter how powerful a shot my opponent hit, the rubber itself seemed to
absorb it, so I felt like I could return it no matter how many times they hit it.I really think this is a rubber that can win you matches!

I felt like there were a lot of comments comparing this to Tenergy, so I compared it to Vega Tour, which is in the same price range.
Comparing them as forehand rubbers (Vega Tour: 1.8mm, Rozena: medium)
The drive trajectory is fairly straight with Vega, whereas Rozena draws a sharp arc.
Vega felt like it had more drive speed, but Rozena felt like it had more spin on drives.
When you hit it with good form, I think Rozena has the edge in terms of ball power that can punch through an opponent.
That said, Rozena's strong bounce makes it harder to handle, and for me Vega Tour, with its slightly more controlled bounce, gives more stable rallies.
A lot of comments say both sponges are soft and easy to handle, but personally my impression of Rozena is more like "this bounces a bit much."
In the end I've been using Vega Tour because I prioritize stability, but I switched blades from the 7-ply I was using to a 5-ply with less bounce, so I'm thinking of trying Rozena again.
I have no doubt it's a really good rubber — I just think an intermediate-level rubber suits me better than a top-tier, high-end one.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Maybe because it's on the softer side and uses a spring sponge, the ball sinks in and it's stable, but it doesn't get much spin and the ball ends up feeling light. I wouldn't recommend it if you're after power, but it's good for people who want stable drives or who play close to the table. I also think it could work well as a first tension rubber.

I had this on my first-ever blade, and I remember being able to return even my opponent's powerful hits accurately. I thought it was great how it covered for small errors in my blade angle! That said, it chips fairly easily with minor knocks, so it's not great in terms of durability, but I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to bring out their own skill! Please give it a try!

It's more about sinking the ball in and hitting through it than brushing it
. It's good for building that feel.
I'd really recommend it for beginners and intermediate players.
I switched from Tenergy 05 to Rozena
and it felt stable, with the ball landing on the table nicely.
Blocking was really easy.
That said, it was great during junior high,
but once I got to high school I started struggling with a lack of power.
Honestly, if you want to keep winning matches with this long-term, I think both your drives and smashes
will end up getting returned.
Once you get used to it, I'd recommend switching to something a bit firmer like Tenergy 05.
By the way, I ended up going with Fastarc G-1.
