    A POWERFUL STORM

Z2 has a long, thin pimple structure and a large pored sponge. This 47.5° medium hard sponge is ideal for many players. One feels the storm and its power with the first contact and can direct use this energy where one wants. Great speed, enormous rebound, with excellent spin and speed characteristics.

    A concentrated demolition charge!

      Delongi (Experience: 2〜3 years) Stability

      Reviews by user

This rubber gets an amazing amount of spin. In topspin rallies or when driving against backspin, the ball sinks into the sponge just right, letting you hit drives with tremendous spin.
It's also easy to control — even second-ball flicks, which are usually sensitive to your opponent's spin, come out without any trouble, and it's easy to place the ball where you want.
Blocking is also stable and unaffected by your opponent's spin.

Up Down Service (Experience: 6〜10 years) Somehow everyone's using it

      Reviews by user

I noticed that almost everyone around me was using this rubber, so I had someone let me try it out to see what it's like. Just like Table Tennis Kingdom (Takkyu Oukoku) mentions, meeting the ball is really easy with this. Backhand meets in particular were great, as were blocks, counters, and backhand shots from away from the table. Drives are also fairly easy to hit. I think it's just right for stepping up from beginner to intermediate level.

Death (Experience: 2〜3 years) Insane once you get used to it

      Reviews by user

At first when I used it I thought it flew too much
and didn't really get much spin, but
once I got used to it, drives became really fast
and if you can get spin on it too, it's strong.
I'm using the 2.1mm, and I feel like anything thicker than this would be crazy.

Strangeness (Experience: 2〜3 years) Coarse sponge

      Reviews by user

I went with max thickness just out of curiosity, and it turned out to be the right call.
Like I mentioned in the title, the sponge is really coarse.
I like peeling rubbers off and re-gluing them myself so I do it a lot, but sometimes — maybe because of how the glue was applied — I just can't get it off at all.

    • Pen grain del norte

Pen grain del norte (Experience: 6〜10 years) A well-balanced rubber

      Reviews by user

Among the rubbers named "Blue ○○," this one stands out for its balance. It doesn't have any one standout feature, but there's no technique that feels hard to do, which gives a sense of really high overall balance. It should suit all kinds of players — close-to-the-table all-rounders, choppers, drive-oriented players, and more.

Mustang 1967 (Experience: 4〜5 years) Easy to handle

      Reviews by user

      It's very easy to handle.
Drives get spin easily and have good speed too. However, sometimes loop drives can go long. I think that's something you can cover with your own technique.
Serves also get spin easily, and it's easy to control the strength of the spin and the length of the serve.
Blocking depends on preference, but it's easy to do. You can also aim counters and get good shots in.
Overall it's a well-balanced, easy-to-handle rubber. That said, it's sensitive to your opponent's spin, so if you play with that in mind you can hit good shots.

      Bean paste

      Reviews by user

I thought this rubber gets a decent amount of spin. The hardness is right in the middle, not too soft and not too hard.
It also has decent bounce, so I don't think you'd regret buying it.
