It has good balance.
Or to put it less kindly, it's a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none kind of rubber.
I'm not great at the short game, so I use a tacky rubber. It gets a moderate amount of speed, and the weight is also moderate for a tacky rubber, so it's easy to handle.
Turbo Blue is also good, but since Orange's sponge is softer, its sweet spot is wider. Orange is also noticeably lighter. If you're confident in your swing, I think Turbo Blue is the better choice.

It's been about a month since I started using this, and to cut to the chase, it's pretty good. For me, the serves, loop drives, and pushes are the best parts. I mainly use a reverse pendulum serve, and when I put good spin on it, it produces spin strong enough to surprise my opponent. And when it comes to looping off a push, even when I tense up and put too much power into it out of nerves, it still lands on the table reliably, which gives me a great sense of security — it's the best for me.

For a Hurricane rubber, I think this one flies quite well and is easy to use. Not only does it produce plenty of spin on drives, it's also easy to get speed out of it, so even someone not very skilled like me can handle it reasonably well. That said, compared to tension rubber the speed feels just slightly inferior, but as long as you hit with strong, solid impact, it's not a problem.

I have it on my forehand, and my backhand is Attack 8 M pips at extra-thin — I'm a chopper.
First, the good points: if you use it well, even though it's a tacky rubber, you can hit balls fast enough that you'd swear it was tension. And of course stops are great, being a tacky rubber, and pushes are also easy to vary between long and short with few overshoot misses. Looping against backspin also carries no risk of dropping the ball into the net
— even at a 45-degree angle it still bites into the ball.
The downside is the backhand. Drives are so-so, but the short game is quite difficult. On pushes, if you don't push the ball forward a bit, it catches the net.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Rotation-oriented player (Experience: ２〜３ years) THE Hurricane

My blade is the Zhang Jike ALC, with Hurricane Pro3 Turbo Orange on my forehand and Hurricane Neo3 on my backhand. Compared to earlier Hurricane rubbers, Hurricane Pro3 Turbo Orange produces speed more easily while still generating the same kind of spin the earlier Hurricanes are known for — I think it's a really great rubber. Also, since the sponge is hard, short-game techniques like smashes and stops were also very easy to do.

The (Experience: １１〜２０ years) The easiest Hurricane to handle

Let me compare it to other Hurricane rubbers. First, its main selling point — the bounce — is far better than Neo3 Orange or Hurricane 8. It also has good sponge grip, so for normal shots it bounces even more than Neo3 Blue or Turbo Blue. The arc is easy to adjust, making it very easy to handle. It's also easy to hit flicks and smashes as-is.
I think it produces the most spin on topspin drives out of any of them. Serves feel easy to do with long serves and topspin-oriented types.
As for downsides (which vary by person), the serve doesn't bite as sharply as I expected, and sometimes floats. Maybe Blue just has too much bite for comparison.
Also, while it varies from sheet to sheet, since the sponge grabs the ball so easily, the sheet tends to lift where it's pulled. Excluding defective units, it has a relatively short lifespan for a Hurricane rubber. That makes me a bit anxious about hitting hard in practice. For people with a lot of power, I'd automatically recommend Turbo Blue instead in that sense.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Jiangshi Taro (Experience: More than ２０ years) Best among tacky rubbers

After trying Xiang Long, K1J, and others, and then trying Skyline Neo3, Hurricane 8, and Hurricane Neo3 Blue Sponge,
I finally tried this Turbo Orange, and my win rate is the best it's ever been. Chop attacks in particular are stable and everything goes in. It's got plenty of power too. On YouTube, everyone says Blue Sponge is great and Orange is mediocre, so I was the last to try it, but while Blue Sponge is definitely the best for hitting one fixed line, the return also has a nice hard feel that's easy to use. But when it actually comes to matches, I don't full-swing that much, so I often end up returning flat, powerless balls, and for that Orange feels a bit closer to a German rubber, so it's actually still easier to use. Receiving isn't quite as easy with it as with Blue Sponge, but if you're using a carbon or hard, very bouncy 5-ply or 7-ply blade, I definitely think Orange is better than Blue Sponge. Turbo Orange feels like the ultimate rubber sitting right between a German rubber and Hurricane. That said, to make it easier to handle, I do use the trendy trick of stretching the rubber slightly before gluing it on (the so-called "mini Yoshida" mounting method),All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
