I think this is a good first rubber for someone who's always used tension rubber and never tried a tacky rubber before. It's easy to vary the pace of your drives — if you grab the ball with the sheet, you get a slower, heavier-spinning drive, and if you sink the ball into the sponge, you can hit a sharp drive even against backspin. It still works if you back away from the table, but it really shines when you're close to the table. Serves were also easy to put spin on, and the control on receives was outstanding. The one downside is the weight, which personally felt like the biggest difference from tension rubber.

Leopard people (Experience: ２〜３ years) Great feel for my first Hurricane rubber‼

I switched to this rubber after using Xiang Long for 3 months.
The first thing to keep in mind is that when people say it "flies," that's only relative to other Hurricane rubbers.
I used it on an outer-carbon blade, so it was manageable, but it's difficult until you get the knack for it.
That said, if you understand the distinctive feel of the ball sinking into the sponge that's unique to Hurricane rubbers, I think you can hit good shots with pretty much any blade, wood included!!
In my case, my loop got deeper and I was able to keep my speed drives in even with a compact swing, so it worked out well for me.

For a tacky rubber, I think it flies pretty well. I have it on a carbon blade, so I get decent speed, and it barely bounces over the table, which makes stops easy. Even when lifting a ball that's coming out a bit off the table, it doesn't overshoot and comes out low. I think it's quite difficult to handle, so I wouldn't recommend it to beginners.

From a chopper's perspective, this is personally the easiest rubber to use for chopping solidly while still attacking aggressively.
Compared to the same Pro3 Turbo Blue, the feel when chopping is almost identical, but I found the Orange easier to control when attacking.
To begin with, you can chop freely without doing anything special — holding firm against a strong shot while still ripping heavy backspin back, or aiming for a specific spot with heavy backspin against a weak shot, or even returning with a knuckle ball. So considering not just chopping but knuckle balls too, I think it's an easy rubber to use.
As for attacking, it's obviously better if you can use the typical technique for tacky rubbers, but even without thinking about that too much you can still put heavy spin on the ball, and there are moments where it almost feels like the ball speed is faster than tension rubber. Well, if you just accept that it's about heavy spin rather than speed, switching over from a tension rubber was easy.
Also, in terms of serve spin and power, personally I didn't feel it was that different from tension-type rubbers.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Strongly tacky, hard sponge — basically the definition of a tacky rubber.
Forehand impressions
In a word: insane spin. That sums it up. But being tacky, it just doesn't fly much. Since it's hard, the ball won't clear the net unless you hit it with strong impact. But when you do make solid contact, the spin and the way the ball flies are ridiculous. Also, thanks to the tackiness the ball grips onto the rubber really well, so lifting techniques are quite easy to do.
Backhand impressions
Same as the forehand — it won't fly unless you make solid impact. Since it's tacky and holds the ball well, brushing the ball is easy on this side too, but because it doesn't fly, you can't produce a soft connecting shot. If you're going to use it on the backhand, you need to be able to swing your backhand properly or it's basically unusable.
Short game, serves, etc.
Because it doesn't fly much over the table, even an aggressive push stays on the table. Stops are doable, but sometimes it holds the ball so well that it doesn't clear the net. Flicks work fine if you use your wrist properly. Chiquitas are quite easy to do.
Serves are, as expected, easy to put heavy spin on. Since it's hard, if you brush it firmly you can really rip the spin.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I switched over from a tension rubber, and on the first day I couldn't get any spin at all.
But once I got the hang of it, the spin became insane.
I think it especially suits blades modeled after Chinese national team players.
I use Hurricane on my forehand and C-1 on my backhand.

Put it on my Korbel and hit with it.
The spin is insane. The topspin drive feels heavy. Sometimes the ball goes to weird places, but that's part of what's great about it.
That said, if you don't hit with confidence, it basically won't go in.
I switched over from Rozena, and had no problems using it.
