I switched over from Hurricane Neo3.
With a normal tacky rubber, you have to hit with strong impact.
But I felt like even someone without much muscle power, like me, could hit with this rubber stress-free.
Lastly, since this rubber is on the heavier side, pairing it with a lighter rubber on your backhand makes for an unbeatable setup.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This is a seriously good rubber.
Even though it's tacky, it flies surprisingly well,
and the spin is amazing.
I'd recommend it to anyone

It's a tacky rubber that really flies.
It might be a good fit for people switching over from tension rubber.
Even though it's a Hurricane rubber, I was able to hit fast drives with it.
Hitting it thin let me get that quirky ball movement unique to Hurricane rubbers.

I use Turbo Orange on my backhand. The weight and the quirky ball behavior are very typical of a tacky rubber. I'd recommend switching over from tension rubber too — although most people who switch to tacky rubber end up going back to tension. There are various reasons for that, but personally I'd chalk it up to the feel of use. It's completely different from tension rubber. If you just use it the normal way, tension rubber is actually easier to put spin on. A tacky rubber isn't a rubber that's easy to generate spin with — it's that the absolute amount of spin it can produce is higher than tension rubber. Most people give up because they misunderstand that point. Keep that in mind before using a tacky rubber. Sorry for the long post.

I switched over from DHS Provincial Hurricane 3 Blue Sponge (untreated).
This applies to any Chinese rubber, but whether you're driving against topspin or backspin, you won't get a good drive that combines both speed and spin unless you close the racket angle and make solid impact.
However, since this rubber uses a Japanese-made springy sponge, even a player without much muscle power like me can hit drives with real speed behind them.
In particular, drives from mid-distance — which were difficult with the untreated Hurricane — were relatively easy to land in the opponent's court.
Also, if you deliberately open the racket angle and brush over the top of the ball, the speed drops, but I found it easy to hit a sinking drive that makes the most of the Chinese rubber's grip on the ball.
My impression is that this is a rubber that makes it easy to switch between going for speed and prioritizing spin.
Lastly, this rubber is heavy. I'd say it's nearly 10 grams heavier than Provincial Hurricane 3. So if you're already right at your equipment weight limit, I'd recommend using a lighter tension rubber on your backhand.

For a Hurricane rubber, the spin is on the low side, but there's plenty of speed.
It's a subtle rubber that's neither quite tension nor quite tacky — to me it feels more like a high-elasticity rubber.Because of that, on an inner-carbon blade it feels uncontrollable and leaves an unpleasant sensation in your hand (you can't tell when you've mis-hit).
On an outer-carbon blade, though, control is good and the spin becomes hard for the opponent to read, making it strong in matches.
With Tenergy or Fastarc, the spin is consistent and you can hit with your own image of the shot, but the return is also easy for your opponent to handle.
With genuine Chinese rubbers like Neo3, the change is visibly obvious (flashy), which surprises opponents the first time, but after that it's easy for them to deal with.
With Turbo Orange, the spin isn't as consistent but the speed carries, so the ball doesn't pop up much and instead sinks as it slides, which gives opponents a hard time.I think all of this only really comes out on an outer-carbon blade. I feel like it's a bit outside the normal concepts of both tacky and tension rubber.
When I used it on an inner blade, the bounce felt uneven, and I struggled with confusing mishits whether I brushed the ball or hit it flat.
But then I saw a famous women's table tennis player hitting with some kind of punch shot using Turbo Orange on an outer carbon blade, and once I copied that, it finally made sense.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

These are my impressions from borrowing this and giving it a test hit.
For a tacky rubber, this one bounces quite a bit. I normally use German rubbers, so I'm not used to how you're supposed to hit with tacky rubber, but even so I got a decent amount of speed and spin. It was also easy to loop against backspin, giving the ball a nice arc. Overshoot misses were rare too, but I felt like it gets tough once you move back to mid-distance or away from the table if you don't have much power.
I'd recommend this to anyone thinking of switching from tension rubber, or anyone with power who tends to overshoot a lot.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
