Switched from Omega V Pro. I used it on my forehand.
The first thing I noticed was the weight — after cutting it down, it still came to 56g. There's probably some individual variation, but still...
It doesn't bounce much, so stops and pushes are stable and produce high-quality shots. As for drives, playing it like a tension rubber turned my shots into straight, flat balls with a lot of overshooting misses, but after changing my form and making contact with the top of the ball, both my loop against backspin and loop against topspin became stable. Looping against backspin in particular made it easy to return balls that landed right at the edge of the table with a low arc.
I think you need strong impact to really handle this rubber. Also, switching from a tension rubber changes how you make contact with the ball, so you'll need to adjust your form. Since it uses a Japanese-made sponge, I'd say it's on the easier side to handle for a tacky rubber, but personally I wanted a bit more bounce. Still, I think this rubber is in a really good spot for learning how to transfer impact and use your body properly.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

It generates spin, but it's heavy and doesn't fly...
You can't really compare it to a high-tension rubber, and it's a no-go for beginners.
If you have power and a fast swing, you can make it work.
I've used several sheets, and the lifespan — or maybe just the quality consistency of the tackiness — felt all over the place.
If you're not normally a tacky-rubber user, it's a nice luxury to use once in a while as a change of pace.

It feels like a Hurricane Neo3 that traded a bit of its spin for speed. Overall it's very consistent, so I think it's good.

Compared to Hurricane Neo3, this rubber leans more toward speed, so it feels a bit less like a typical Hurricane rubber. Personally I prefer how easily Neo3 generates spin, but the Turbo feels more balanced in terms of combining speed and spin. That said, it's hard, so don't buy it on a whim.

My friend was hitting incredible shots with this rubber, so I borrowed it to try...
It's too hard for my power level, and I just couldn't get good shots out of it (-_-;)

Even among tacky rubbers, this one is seriously heavy.
I wouldn't recommend it to people without much strength, or to kids using inverted rubber on both sides. It might be a good fit for someone using a lightweight blade with an unusual rubber on the other side.

The short game was easy to handle except for flicks. Forehand topspin drives are fine when I'm hitting close to the table, but once I move to mid-distance or away from the table, I end up trying to add spin to get the ball to travel, and the ball sometimes slips off the rubber and catches the net. What stands out most to me is just how heavy it is.
