The speed is great, of course, but the control has improved too. It's also a bit easier to put spin on, and the control is decent as well, but personally, I preferred the previous version.

When you do topspin rallies from mid-distance, the ball still goes in even if your swing is a bit off - it really feels like "yeah, this is Tenergy."
On the other hand, in topspin rallies from further back, you get pushed back a little. For playing further from the table, Tenergy 64 seems better.
Serves, blocks, the short game - no problems at all there, I'd say.All Speed Spin Control

Compared to Tenergy 64, the power is a bit weaker, but it lets you hit drives with a nice arc. I'd recommend it for people who like driving by really sinking the ball into the sponge.
I think it depends on the person, but personally I find a softer sponge easier to block with, so it feels very stable.
As for a similar rubber, I'd say something like Vega Europe.All Speed Spin Control

It has more of a high arcing trajectory than the 64, so drives and the short game are more stable.
The speed feels like it drops off just a little compared to the 64.All Speed Spin Control
