Both the sheet and sponge are soft and insensitive.
I think it's good for cultivating the feeling of hitting with forehand and backhand. Even if you hit it from below, it will lift up.
Because the sheet is insensitive, you don't need to adjust the angle to receive it.
On the other hand, the upper limit of rotation and speed is low and the trajectory is linear.
If you start to feel that you can hit it stably with this rubber, but it often returns, or you can't hit it through, it's time to move on to the next rubber.
