My first impression after hitting with it was that it feels like a half-high-elasticity, half-tension rubber.
Compared to other beginner-oriented rubbers, the feel is a bit flat, and the topsheet is clean — the grip on the ball isn't too strong, but it doesn't slip either, so there's almost no technique that feels hard to pull off.
Rather than brushing the ball thinly, I'd recommend sinking it into the sponge with roughly 50% spin contact — it's more consistent and still gives you decent power.That said, because of the rubber's characteristics, drives and shot power from mid-distance are tough, and the maximum spin is also on the lower side, so I felt you can't really compete on spin with serves or loops.

It generates a lot of spin, has enough bounce for a second-court ball, and offers excellent control for serves and other shots. However, when hitting drives against topspin, it often lifted too high and went over the table.

If you're staying with the same brand, this is the step-up rubber to get after Mark V.
It's easy to put spin on and easy to return the ball consistently — a long-lasting rubber with great value for money.

I use Rozena on my forehand and this product on my backhand (my blade is the Jun Mizutani Major), and just like the name suggests, it's easy to put spin on — even as a beginner I could crank out drives one after another. If there's a weak point, it's that it doesn't give you much speed. That said, I was able to easily pick up pushes, blocks, and serves too. If you're not sure what to get, I'd recommend this. (The hardness was a bit high for a beginner, so I think it's better suited to someone who's just past total-beginner level, i.e. a low-intermediate player.) Sorry for the long review.

I used this on my backhand, which is my weaker side. The first thing I noticed when hitting with it was how similar the feel is to Rakza 7 — probably because they're both soft Yasaka rubbers. Performance-wise, it felt like a slightly toned-down version of Rakza 7, and overall really easy to use. It doesn't have any standout traits like insane spin, huge speed, or amazing lift, but I felt it's a really good rubber for beginner or intermediate players to use.
