It's a small model made for elementary schoolers, but both the bounce of the blade and the feel are good.
Now that the old Adolescent's "Ai Fukuhara Soft Feeling" is gone, this is a valuable option in the kids' blade lineup that can still get the ball moving properly.
As for size, it's suitable up through the middle grades of elementary school.
Once kids reach the upper grades, they'll probably outgrow the grip.

I saw a shop with several in stock, and every single one had tight, straight grain — genuinely great blades all around. You wouldn't find this price from a Japanese maker.

Like you often see in beginner sets, the bounce is kept a bit on the low side.
It's about on par with the STIGA Allround Evolution.
That said, compared to other 5-ply blades in the same class like the Allround Evolution, the feel is quite a bit harder.
It's very easy to counter-hit with, and it really rings in your hand.
It also pairs well with short pips.
Nittaku's Sanalion has a light feel with a slow release, but
this blade has a solid, definite feel, so it's a good blade for really learning the sensation.
If you make up for the bounce and arc with your rubber choice, it should be plenty usable even as you improve.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

This isn't for players who just want to block everything with pips, but if you're a player who attacks with pips, or you're currently swinging your backhand with half-long pips, this is a rubber worth trying at least once.
It doesn't give you as much speed as a tension pips rubber, but you get a real sense of the ball sitting on the pips, so it doesn't drop and you can hit it consistently.
If you've used short pips before, the difference is small enough that you'll adjust right away.The variation isn't huge, but it's easy to attack with overall, and since the bounce is kept low, it's also easy to block.
I think this rubber deserves more attention.

The topsheet grips the ball really well, but it's not tacky at all.
It feels like a control-oriented rubber such as Flextra or Alffield, just with the surface friction bumped up.
Unlike tacky rubbers, it's not overly sensitive to the opponent's spin, so chopping is really easy overall.
With tacky rubbers, the condition can change depending on things like humidity, making the tackiness weaker or stronger,
but you don't have to worry about that with this one.It's a bit plain, but it's a good rubber.
Eriko Kitaoka, who was one of Japan's top chop players, used this for a long time, didn't she.
