Just like the maker says, it's quite light. If your blade is too heavy, that alone makes this worth considering.
Performance-wise, it feels like the quintessential German rubber. It has good speed and a fairly low, flat trajectory. Flat hitting is easy, and it gets a bit of a knuckleball effect, so sometimes the ball behaves almost like it came off short pips. That said, loop drives don't get explosive spin, but they do get plenty.
This is a great rubber for shakehand players who attack on the forehand with loops and fast drives while using the backhand for blocking and flat hitting to keep the rally going, or for the reverse side of a penhold blade.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This blade is marketed for all-round players, and true to that, it really can do anything.
Since it's on the softer side, it pairs extremely well with Chinese rubber. It matches great with Yasaka's own Shoryu, and also with rubbers like the Hurricane series from other makers.
Chops come out straight and with plenty of spin. It might also depend on the rubber, but the ball sinks in well, making it easy to attack backspin balls. So it's a good fit for choppers who like to switch to offense during a chop rally.
Also, this is a 3-ply blade with an unusual, almost round blade shape, so it might feel a bit tricky until you get used to it. But once you do get used to it, it's an easy blade to use, so don't judge it on first impressions alone - give it some hitting time before you decide!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I borrowed a friend's and gave it a test hit!
Since it's called a "tacky high-tension" rubber, I hit it expecting it to feel almost like a plain tension rubber, but I actually felt a fair amount of that tacky character coming through! I normally use Hurricane, and this rubber felt really easy to hit with. There's no technique this rubber can't do! Haha.
It was on an outer blade so chopping was tough, but going by the feel, if you put it on a chopper's blade, it would work great for chopping too!
It's pricey so it's not easy to commit to, but I think it's a rubber you won't regret buying!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Here are my impressions after using this as my main blade for 5 months!
First, this blade is very soft and the vibration comes through nicely in your hand. But it still gets good distance, so it pairs really well with a hard tacky rubber. In fact, I have Hurricane Blue Sponge on my forehand. With that combination, you get a huge amount of variation on your chops. It doesn't get overpowered, so countering is also really easy with it. This blade gives you a lot of options - chopping from away from the table, or countering, both work well.
For the backhand, inverted, short pips, or long pips all work, but a soft rubber is best. With a soft rubber on it, combined with the softness of the blade itself, the ball really sinks into the sponge. I personally use Donackle. Donackle isn't a rubber that makes chopping especially easy to control on its own, but paired with this blade, my backhand chops become quite stable.
The manufacturer markets it as beginner-oriented, but I think the performance is good enough that you could use this one blade all the way from beginner to advanced player! That said, it's not a blade that's particularly strong on attack, so it's not suited to choppers who attack a lot. But I think choppers who rely on relentless grinding defense would be plenty satisfied, so if you're a chopper, please give it a try at least once!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

I'm using L-pips on the backhand of my secondary attacking blade!
First off, even though it's a variation-type short pips rubber, it goes in with normal short-pips strokes and produces tons of knuckle balls, lol. You can also hit backspin easily, so I think it's easy to use even for people who aren't confident swinging on the backhand. With L-pips, even pushes surprisingly pick up some spin.
It's surprisingly easy to use, so I can also recommend it to people switching over from inverted rubber!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
