Let me start by saying it gives you a lot of speed. And I never ran into the ball not lifting up high enough.
I have tacky tension rubber on my forehand, so I'd resigned myself to not getting as much speed as a normal tension rubber, but it actually gives speed almost on par with regular tension rubber.
I have a soft tension rubber on my backhand, and just touching the ball with force on a block produces a fast shot.
In a fast rally, when I can't fully swing my backhand against my opponent's topspin drive, it's great that a fast shot still comes out on its own (>_<)
Bottom line: even with tacky tension rubber on it, this blade holds the ball without dropping it, and combines speed, spin, and control at a high level.<For those switching from a pure all-wood blade>
That said, I wouldn't recommend switching to this from a 5-ply or 7-ply all-wood blade. Even though it's described as easy to use, it's not pure wood, so it genuinely flies more — at first you'll overshoot a lot on blocks and topspin drives. I wouldn't recommend switching to this blade straight from an all-wood one. The ball comes off it really fast, and you don't get much of that grabbing feel you get with all-wood. If you're an all-wood user who really wants to use this blade, it's a good idea to try an inner-carbon blade first. That said, even if you switch straight to this one, don't worry — once you hit enough balls and get used to it, this is a really easy-to-use, great blade. I switched to this from all-wood myself too. You get used to it quickly, so why not give it a try?

It's easy to put both speed and spin on the ball, and the ball-holding feel is great! So I think it's a really versatile blade.
It also pairs extremely well with Tenergy.
But Tenergy is really expensive right now, so I think some people hesitate to buy it.

Since the arylate carbon is on the outer layer, it flies, but not the crazy way a Galaxy T5000 does — it still flies in a way that lets you put spin on it.

I actually own both the FL and ST versions! This is a blade that adapts wherever you play from — close to the table, mid-distance, or away from it! It has a moderate bounce, plenty of speed, and your topspin drives go in — it's a blade with really great material! You won't lose the exchange in topspin rallies from mid-distance!
As for rubber, pretty much anything works, whether Tenergy, Hurricane, or any combination! Of the four blades in the Zhang Jike series, I think this ALC version is the easiest to use!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

This is a blade with arylate carbon, and my first impression was how bouncy it is — the ball just goes in on its own with barely a touch!! That made it really easy to build points from mid-distance to away from the table. I'd recommend it to players who focus on playing from farther back!!

It has arylate carbon in it, giving it both speed and stability. Counters close to the table and topspin rallies at mid-distance are both easy to pull off. You can also counter off a lob when you're away from the table. And I think this blade pairs well with all kinds of rubbers, like Hurricane or Tenergy.
