Exeour V is far better than IV.
If you want to master fundamentals like pushes, V is far better than IV.
I had the Exeour IV, but I tried hitting with V while helping a junior teammate pick out a racket.
Compared to the Exeour IV, the stability felt different. My junior also said "this is really easy to play with," so
it might genuinely be great.
It's aimed at beginners, but I felt intermediate players could still just about manage with it.
Inverted rubber on both sides is ideal, but tacky rubber works too. Anti-spin is iffy. Long pips pair well with it, short pips are so-so —
basically it suits any rubber except anti. If you want anti, I think Genshu would be the way to go.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I highly recommend this blade — I bought it as part of a set when I started table tennis. At first I used it with the rubber that came with it for about two months, but I felt it lacked spec, so when I switched to Rigan on both sides, the performance jumped up quite a bit. Even so, it kept its ease of control, so I was hitting consistently right after the switch. After that, changing to different thicknesses of Rigan made it even easier to hit with, and going from max thickness to thick to medium-thick also made it lighter. In the latter half of junior high, I switched from thick Rigan to thick Q1, which improved my speed and spin, and also improved my control. In high school, I switched the medium-thick Rigan to Attack 8. It quickly fit my unusual playing style and became easy to use. The blade is also lightweight, so pushes and chops are easy, and overall control is high too. At first I was thinking of switching to a different blade, but because it's so light, easy to hold, and fits my style so well, I just can't let it go. It's a cheap beginner blade, but since changing the rubber can bring a big performance boost, I really do recommend it.

It's a slightly "poppy"/dead-sounding type of blade. It doesn't generate a ton of speed, but it's easy to put spin on the ball (though the ceiling isn't that high). I'd recommend it as a first blade.
I think pairing it with a low-bounce DHS rubber (like PF4) makes it easy to produce tricky, unpredictable shots.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft
