Truly awesome blade for the modern and versatile defensive player! The worlds most successful veneer combination (5-ply allround ) is manufactured with two dampening but elastic outer plies. (Gabon and Anegre), the vibration and the speed of the blade is reduced by increasing the size of the blade by 3 mm, the Senso technology brings maximum dampening effect. The result: an unbelievable control for all defensive shots. A fantastic acceleration for all offensive shots. Pure playing excitement.

When I tried it, it was hard and didn't flex at all.
Since it's a blade that doesn't bounce much, I think chopping and short-game techniques are easy with it.

I used it with Spike P2 on the backhand — the same combination as pro player Shiono uses.
Since it reportedly uses Senzo wood, the balance is light and weighted toward the tip.
The grip had a bit of roughness to it, but sanding the whole thing down lightly made it comfortable to hold.
The feel on impact is on the harder side.
There isn't much bounce, but that makes it easier to control.
I think it's good for a defensive/chopping style that prioritizes stability.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

The blade surface is surprisingly hard, giving a solid, sharp feel on impact. It's also very light.
For such a thin blade, I don't feel much flex from it. At first I thought it might be hard to use since it's tricky to judge distance, but because the ball doesn't tend to float up and doesn't overshoot easily, it settled down once I started swinging with real commitment. Both heavy and light chops go in low and reliably. Needless to say, pushes feel very stable too.
Fishing shots are easy as well.On the attacking side, hitting flat doesn't produce much distance, but if you brush the ball for your drives, you actually get surprisingly good distance.
Don't expect much speed though. Even if you try to drive right through the ball, it just comes back at you, almost comically well. I mostly hold back and use spin-focused drives just to keep the opponent honest. Shiono's power, being able to hit drives like that with this blade, is really something...It's a blade that stays stable even when you commit fully to chopping, but in my impression it's not the kind of blade where the cut just happens on its own.
I think it's a good choice for a player who wants to sharpen their skills. By the way, I currently have Spectra on the backhand, but personally 802-40 Trust was the best for me.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch

Regular defensive/chopping blades often have a dull, hollow feel and sound to them, probably because they suppress the bounce, but this one has a solid, satisfying feel and sound just like an attacking blade. On top of that, there's little vibration and the control is good, so it's a really pleasant blade to hit with.
It strikes a good balance between offense and defense, and lets you do both.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch
