My impression is that it's relatively easy to hit, and while it has good bounce, it also gives you solid control.
A lot of people say it's better suited to close-to-the-table play and doesn't have enough bounce away from the table, but I think that might just be a preconception from knowing Niwa uses it.
If you try to get distance using only the topsheet, the bounce does feel a bit weak, but the distance really comes through depending on your swing speed.
Isn't feeling like there's not enough bounce more of an issue with how you're hitting it?
It's a racket without much quirkiness — the ball goes where you hit it — so how easy it is to use will probably depend on the player, but overall I felt it offers relatively good value for money.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

It puts a lot of spin on the ball and gives you good control, so
I'd recommend it. I think it's a good pick for aggressive players who attack from close to the table to mid-distance
Niwa also used it at the Olympics, so it's a high-performance racket you won't regret buying.
It excels in spin and stability.

Aiming to be Koki Niwa (Experience: ４〜５ years) Bounce and grip, both at once!!

I'm a high school student with 4 years of table tennis experience.
This is a test hit with Rozena on both F and B.
1. Both-hand topspin drive: Good speed/bounce, and it grips the ball well, so the ball really flies with pace.
2. Block: A bit hard to control, but you get used to it.
3. Push hits: Easy to do both flat pushes and pushes with spin.
4. Serve receive: If you just touch the ball, it flies off. But if you put a good amount of spin on it, it's fine.
5. Play at mid-distance and away from the table: It has good bounce, so you can send the ball back easily.
This racket does a great job balancing bounce and grip on topspin drives. When I could get a full swing in, the ball really flew with pace. Other than that, I couldn't find any major flaws. If I had to say something, the grip was a bit thick for my small hands... (lol) But even with that, I think it's a great racket that lets you put power into any technique!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

It was really great. But if you back up too far away from the table, you don't get enough distance and the ball doesn't reach. I think it's suited for players who play close to the table or at mid-distance.

At first I figured a 4-ply carbon blade like this would just send the ball flying way too much. But when I actually hit with it, it didn't fly nearly that much, and the feel on contact was just right.
If you back off far away from the table it feels a bit lacking, but you can hit solidly and control it well from mid-distance or close to the table too.
The blade itself is a bit on the hard side, so I'd recommend a rubber with good grip on the ball.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Since it has 4 layers of carbon, I expected the ball to fly flat, but instead it draws a really nice arc and doesn't drop, so my forehand and backhand counters became more stable at an earlier contact point than usual. If you like hard rubbers, I think you should just use that, but if you prefer medium hardness, I really want you to try Rozena at least once. It grips the ball to a degree that's genuinely impressive when you hit. I'd tried all kinds of wood blades chasing that grip-on-the-ball feel and never quite found it, but when I bought the same blade a tournament winner used and tried it, I can say for certain it grips the ball better than wood.
It might not pair well with tacky rubbers or ones that are too hard. Since I'm using Rozena, the feel on contact came across as soft.
For anyone choosing a blade based on how easy certain techniques are, here's a reference: I found chiquita, drives over the table, receive-drives, counters, flicks, and stops all came easily. In the end, most things are easy with it, but it's especially stable at chiquita, counters, receive-drives, and drives over the table to the point where mistakes basically disappear, so if you're interested, please give it a try.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

It generates quite a lot of power, and thanks to the combination with special carbon, it's also easy to control. It's perfect for a player aiming for an all-around style. I was a little worried about the weight, since 91g is on the heavier side, but it doesn't feel that off. Also, since it has 4 layers of carbon sandwiched in, I was worried my shots might sail long off the table, but once you're able to put good spin on your drives, that worry quickly goes away. You can back off the table or move in close — as long as you can swing through properly, you'll get good results in matches.
