My impression is that it's a hard blade with a lot of flex.
It feels like wood when you brush the ball and like carbon when you hit it flat, so I felt like its character is closer to an inner-carbon blade.
It also has good pop, so the backhand is easy to play.
Of course, brushing the ball is also easy to do.All in all, I'd recommend it for all-around players.
The downside is that depending on the rubber you pair it with, you might not get enough distance.

I'm a close-to-the-table type player, and I posted a review of this before too.
Once you get used to this blade, it's really good.
At first, the blade flexes a lot, so I kept over-hitting during rallies and thought this blade just wasn't going to work for me.
But I stuck with it, and after about a month, I naturally got used to the flex.
Rallies last well, and my finishing shots land hard.
V>15 Extra works fine as the rubber too.
The newly released Niwa blade has caught my eye, but since I've finally gotten used to and settled in with this blade and rubber, I'm sticking with this setup!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I wanted to try a special-material blade!! Since Koki Niwa uses this one, I switched over from the Acoustic. I also put on the V>15 Extra that Koki Niwa uses. When I hit with it, it didn't feel all that different from the Acoustic and didn't seem particularly bouncy, but when I tried smashing, it flew off just fine. If you angle the racket face more upright when you hit, the carbon effect seems to kick in and gives you speed. When you want to add spin, like on a serve, hitting with a brushing motion lets you keep the speed down. Once you learn to adjust the racket's tilt to the situation, this becomes an amazing blade. That said, if you want even more speed!! I'd recommend the "Koki Niwa" blade, also made by VICTAS. It's Koki Niwa's signature model, kind of like a beefed-up version of the Quartet AFC. Overall the performance is high, but I felt spin and control stood out more than the other aspects.
Serves have good bite, and mid-distance play is stable too.
So it's not hard to handle at all — I think even people using carbon for the first time will find it manageable.
That said, on the flip side, it's a shame there's nothing that really stands out as exceptional.
This is just my own opinion though, so some people might feel there is something that stands out.
I think V>15 suits it best as a rubber. Even if it's not V>15, basically any rubber with good pop should work well with it.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

This blade doesn't bounce much on a weak impact, but it bounces back when you hit it hard.
It's easy to control and easy to get spin on.

I used to use a STIGA Offensive. Hitting plastic balls with this blade feels just like hitting celluloid balls with a STIGA Offensive. It's a blade with a lot of flex.
When you hit flat, the carbon kicks in and the ball flies off hard.

I tried it out this time, and personally I felt it puts out a lot of speed, so it seems well suited to close-to-the-table and mid-distance play. That said, it's surprisingly easy to handle for something with 4 layers of carbon in it. On top of that, it's not picky about rubbers, so I'd like everyone to try it at least once.
