The Nittaku Tenor was made according to the principles used in making string instruments. Although it has a similar construction, it is a bit thicker and heavier than the Acoustic which makes it more powerful. The headsize is slightly larger than the Acoustic's is. Made in Japan.

You feel a bit of hardness on contact,
but it grips well and draws an arc,
though the trajectory ends up pretty flat.It has plenty of power
so you can attack from close to the table
all the way to away from the table. It's a bit big though, so
I think people without much strength will find it heavy and hard to handle.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I liked the Acoustic, so I had some expectations, but the feel is a different animal entirely.
The feel is indeed similar, but it's more dull and muted.
There's some flex too, but that's also on the modest side.
I'd guess both are tuned to feel just right for high school or college guys with fast swing speeds.
It's on the heavier side, and the blade also absorbs shock well, so blocking feels stable.
Overall, it's like an Acoustic that's given up its versatility to specialize purely in topspin drives.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

Since it lets you attack with real power, I'd recommend it to players who like to attack aggressively using their own strength. It's not like it bounces a ton though.

Of all the wood 5-ply blades I've tried, this one has the most speed.
The thickness is 6mm, and even though the feel isn't hard, it flies far, so it feels like the wood is thicker than it actually is.
Because of that, it doesn't flex all that much — the Acoustic Carbon feels like it flexes more.
It has the spin-friendliness and usability of a wood blade, plus speed on par with special material blades.
You can play close to the table with it, but it might suit someone who plays a bit further back even better.
The blade alone weighed 89g.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I bought a lightweight 86g one secondhand.
The bounce is moderate and I can control the power myself, so I can swing all the way through on both forehand and backhand and it feels great.
The flare grip is also thicker than the Acoustic, so it's easy to hold, and I think it'll feel just right for an adult man's hand.
I'm glad I found such a good blade,
and I'm looking forward to playing more table tennis from here on.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

The top players in my prefecture use this.
I felt it was a bit heavy and flew a bit too much for me, but it seems to have a good reputation among advanced players.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch
