The Nittaku Acoustic was made according to the principles used in making string instruments. The materials used for this blade are thicker and softer than those in the Nittaku Violin. This provides the Acoustic with stable characteristics when attacking and blocking. Made in Japan.

What's great about this blade is that the feel is good and it's easy to put spin on.
The throw isn't especially strong, so you can still hit drives from mid-distance, but something like the Timo Boll ALC is easier since it lets you generate the same result with less power.
Still, for someone like me with limited playing experience who wants to properly build up their technique and develop a solid swing, I'd really recommend giving this one a try.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch

The feel is soft and pleasant.
The speed is on the modest side, but how easily it takes spin and how good the control is are both excellent.
A blade that's easy to use no matter what style you play.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch

It takes spin well, and
the control is good, so overall it's good.
That said, if you're coming from a composite blade, you might feel the speed is lacking...
Just make up for it with arm strength lol.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch

The catalog said the feel was great, but honestly I couldn't really tell the difference.
I do think the control and the way the ball carries through are good, though.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch

It takes spin well and is easy to control, but the speed is on the slow side, so it's good for someone who thinks "I want to attack with spin!
I'll make up the speed with my own power!"Overall Speed Spin Control Touch
