The Japanese shooting star Yuto Muramatsu was a key contributor to the development of this high-end blade. It is a fast DEF blade offering modern defenders, in addition to great reliability in defense, all they need to create their own sudden counter-attacks. The special White Mahogany outer ply of the 5-ply design harmonizes perfectly with Yuto's OFF power, while the VICTAS design team was also able to improve defense control and precision even further. I bought this as a backup blade. Control was hard at first, but once I got used to it, I started to understand just how good this blade really is. Once you're used to it, control is excellent and you get tons of spin. Speed comes out too, and you can really crack off drives. It exceeded my expectations.

Yuu Muramatsu fans (Experience: ４〜５ years) This is good

I expected it to bounce as much as the Kohji Matsushita Offensive, but it doesn't bounce that much, and it's easy to hold down while still having sharpness on attack - I thought it was quite high performance.
I have Hurricane on my forehand, and the ball floats up a little but gets good spin, and pushes land nicely on the table too.
The backhand also chops knuckleballs steadily and consistently, which is good.
When counter-attacking, unlike the easy-to-hold chops, I could produce sharp, low-trajectory drives, and my opponents made a lot of mistakes against them.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

It really has a grabbing feel. The spin is amazing too. But I felt I got a lot of overshoot misses. On the backhand I hardly miss at all and can chop steadily.
Honestly, it's easier to induce misses than the Kohji Matsushita Offensive.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I used to use the Kohji Matsushita Offensive. This one was more stable than the Matsushita and I liked it. It has less of a grabbing feel than the Matsushita Offensive. Stops and flicks were easy to do. Stops with Militoc 2 OX on it stop dead, minimum two bounces. Chopping is really good. F is Hurricane Pro 2B (which focuses on spin), B is Militoc 2 OX (a variation-type pips), so it's easy to induce misses. But with Hurricane, maybe because of the tackiness, it just wouldn't go in at all. Almost every ball caught the net. So I swapped the rubber right away. I don't use Hurricane anymore.

Flying into a rage (Experience: ６〜１０ years) A milder version of the Matsushita Offensive

I normally use the Matsushita Offensive (93g). Everything below is basically a comparison with that.
I got hold of a pretty light one at 87g.
Given the weight difference, it feels quite different from the Matsushita, more than I expected.The feel on contact is softer, the bounce is toned down a bit, giving more stability.
The grip is thicker than the Matsushita's, and personally it fit my hand perfectly.The balance point is closer to the grip than the Matsushita, so switching between shots is easier.
On the other hand, the tip doesn't naturally rotate through the shot, so I feel like spin drops off a bit.
Also, just like the Matsushita, depending on how you make contact it can suddenly fly off with a "pop," so you need to be careful.The balance between stability and the chop/attack balance is good, and I'm planning to keep using this one going forward.

After a week of use, since it's so light I sometimes had trouble generating spin or holding shots down, so
I switched the forehand from VEGA Japan (2.0) to VS>401 (1.8).
It went from 167g to 174g, which is still light for a chopping blade, but personally it's just right.
Also, the "flies off on its own" feeling disappeared, and with the hardness now a bit firmer, it feels just right.
Drives from far off the table are tough, but for everything else I think it's a pretty good match.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft
