I paired it with Hurricane❗It flies well and gets a ton of spin. Even with Chinese rubber, it feels great to hit with. The grip is thick, so it's stable and easy to use. It flies well and generates plenty of spin. So I'd recommend it to people who focus on topspin drives.

This is a 7-ply blade with a feel I really like. There are other 7-ply blades that pair well with Hurricane rubber, like the Hurricane Long 3 and the Ma Lin series, but this one felt like the best match for me. I don't usually pair Hurricane with 7-ply blades, but this one had a really nice balance of spin and speed, with noticeably strong bounce. With Hurricane on it, it felt very easy to handle. I mentioned the bounce stands out on the backhand side too, but surprisingly the backhand stays stable and it's easy to get spin on, though the blade felt a little light to me.

Dawn (Experience: 11〜20 years) Middle-of-the-road performance

Among the three Ma Long series blades, I'd say this one sits in the middle in terms of performance overall.
For speed, the Ma Long Carbon wins out.
For spin and stability, it's naturally inferior to the Ma Long 5.That said, it leans a bit toward the carbon side.
At 6.3mm, it's an Asian-style blade, and since it doesn't even use rosewood, I wasn't expecting much bounce, but it bounced more than I expected.Still, it's a bit unclear who this is really aimed at.
If you're someone with muscle like Ma Long or other top players, I think you could generate spin and make up for the lack of bounce yourself.
But if I think about regular players rather than top players like that...It's not enough if you're after bounce.
It's not enough if you're after spin.
And on top of that, it's on the heavier side.
Using something heavy requires muscle (and there's no reason for someone without muscle to bother using it).
If you do have the muscle... you could probably make it fly yourself...??? It ends up feeling like a bit of a contradiction. The target audience would be someone who likes a somewhat heavy racket but prefers to use soft rubber?? It's kind of an awkward spot to be in.

Alexandra (Experience: 6〜10 years) The perfected 7-ply

This is my favorite 7-ply blade.
At first it felt like just an ordinary 7-ply blade with the Ma Long brand on it, but it's genuinely easy to use.
The power is on par with special-material blades. The short game also has that stability you only get from wood.
At 6.3mm thick, it's packed tightly with 7 plies of wood, so it has a fair amount of hardness, but you get power in return.
At around 90g, it's on the lighter side for a 7-ply blade, so if you're looking for a 7-ply, this is one you should use.Another thing I rated highly is that the blade is extremely easy to hold.
I feel the LG grip is the shape that's easiest for an adult man to hold.
It also gives good stability on backhand shots and blocks, so for men in high school or older (over 170cm with larger hands), this is genuinely a 7-ply blade I'd recommend. Please use this instead of a special-material blade.

I bought all three versions, so I'll compare them.
For spin, the carbon version felt higher; the Ma Long 7 falls in the middle of the three.
For speed, I felt the 7-ply version was better.
For destructive power, the 7-ply seems to be the one.
One extra note: the LG grip doesn't suit everyone.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Just my personal opinion!
Pros: The power output is amazing!!
The spin is more than enough, and it bounces so well that even a light touch gives you speed. Also, the ball gets heavier, and my practice partner told me the ball felt really heavy! The grip is also thick so you can hold it firmly!
Cons: Control is a little tricky? Well, since it's power-focused I guess that's to be expected, but it is hard.
Also, when you hit it thin, it feels like the ball doesn't fly.
Especially when hitting backspin thin, the ball wouldn't fly. Also, stops tend to bounce, so they end up floating high or going too long. I think that takes some getting used to.
Overall: Since it's all about power, this is perfect for people who want to really overpower their opponents!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard
