This is the blade I've used ever since I started playing table tennis. Its control is outstanding, and it seems to suit pretty much any rubber. The people I'd recommend it to most are those just starting out in table tennis. Of course, it also suits intermediate and advanced players, so please give it a try.

The blade is soft and doesn't feel like it flies much. The wood feel is really good - it doesn't sound hollow. Pair it with tacky rubber and you can pull off drive after drive like a Chinese player.

This is a blade you can buy as your very first one when starting table tennis and keep using for a long time. A lot of individual blades run on the lighter side, so as a beginner you can pair it with control-oriented or high-bounce rubber, and once you improve, switch to a heavier spin-oriented tension rubber - you can keep using it the whole way.

I'd stuck with Japanese penhold all this time, but now that I've turned 60, I started feeling the limits of my backhand technique and pivoting around to my backhand, so I decided to switch to shakehand. While searching online for a cheap blade, I came across this budget-friendly one and bought it right away. Once I started practicing with it, I wondered what all my attachment to penhold had even been about. It's stable enough that basically anything you swing at goes in. I regret not switching to this blade sooner. It's true that forehand smashes from mid-distance lack a bit of speed, but the backhand block in particular has outstanding stability. This is the perfect racket for older players.

I played table tennis from junior high through high school
I guess you could call me an intermediate player - I made it to the prefectural tournament in singlesI practice 3-4 times a week, and I tried using the mainstream equipment of modern table tennis, but I didn't improve much (I couldn't develop good feel)
I started wondering if my skill level just didn't match up with special-material blades
so with that doubt in mind, and wanting to go back to basics, I decided to switch to a 5-ply bladeI liked the inner ZLF I was using before, but
compared to wood, I felt it didn't resonate much in my hand
Compared to that, this All Round Evolution really resonates in your hand.
I think the feel you get when you hit the ball (how it resonates in your hand) is key to developing good touch
Chasing that feel when you play leads to both more power and more consistency.Also, the way it resonates in your hand naturally builds up a sense in your mind of "this ball is coming back!"

It's not a blade that bounces all that much, but it has a flexy feel to it, so it's easy to put spin on the ball, and the control is also excellent. Every technique is easy to pull off and mistakes go down. Since the surface is a bit hard, it also pairs perfectly with tacky rubber. It works well for a wide range of players, from beginners to advanced players who focus on spin. Since the blade itself doesn't bounce much, you can also make up for that to some degree with your choice of rubber.

I normally use an outer-carbon blade, but this one was cheap so I gave it a try. Compared to an outer-carbon blade, it's slower, obviously. It flies at a speed that's very easy to control. You can attack steadily and consistently. Since it has less rebound, it's easy to put spin on the ball, and drives are easy too. Blocks and counter-hits are stable as well. I'd recommend it for beginners or anyone who wants a stable style of table tennis.
