High grip, and a high level rubber across the board. It's cheap, but I'd call it a top-tier standard rubber with no weaknesses.
It's perfect for intermediate players who like to attack aggressively with drives.
That said, the bounce right at impact is pretty strong, so with a 7-ply blade or a special material blade, the ball can fly off before it really grips, giving you a somewhat flat trajectory. You either need to compensate with technique, or it can become a weapon for players who like meet-hitting or fast attacks close to the table, making the most of that trait.
For a single-ply blade or a 5-ply penhold looper blade, the arc of the blade combined with the power of the rubber makes for a great, stable match.

I used this right after I started playing table tennis, and I was surprised at how easily it got spin on the ball.
Overall it's very well balanced — I think beginners and intermediates can use it on either forehand or backhand, and even advanced players could use it on their backhand.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Used on my forehand. Maybe it's because I switched from Mark V, but at first I was overshooting constantly. But I got used to it in about one to two weeks. Once you're used to it, I think it's easy to use.

Let me share my own impressions.
Pros
- Easy to use
- Good value for money
- Easy to pair with all kinds of blades and rubbers
- All-around
Cons
- Wears out quickly
- Not particularly sharp in performance, so it's more for basic technique
This is for beginner to intermediate players. There wasn't any particular technique that was hard to do. However, it starts wearing down from any small chip in the edge, so please handle it carefully.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Even though it's cheap, it doesn't feel like performance was compromised.
Compared to Vega Europe:
- Power-type drives are easier to hit

Borrowed a friend's and gave it a test hit (used on the backhand of a racket with a softer carbon blade).
The spin is insane... the softness of the topsheet, which makes it easy to put spin on, might be what's creating that spin (it's almost like Tenergy 80 at this point?).
You can hit exactly where you're aiming, and even if your form breaks down on a drive, it still grips and gets spin on it
(that's partly because the ball holds on the sheet just the right amount, making it easy to use↑).
But it doesn't quite fly as much... (though you can compensate somewhat by changing the thickness). Still, no complaints about the speed.
A rubber I can recommend to a wide range of players (though with a strong impact, it turns into basically a Tenergy).

I had this on my forehand. Every technique is easy to pull off, so it's great for people just starting out in table tennis. That said, after using it for a long time, I felt like it's too lacking in character in every respect... basically it's just too plain, I guess. Also, it wears out quickly. Recommended for beginners.
