The combination of the D.TecS technology and the classical Grass provides absolutely new varieties of the undercut and cut defence. The built-in tension in the rubber surface and sponge makes the pimples more elastic and enables an incredible undercut. Excellent control and enough speed to counter the adversary‘s disturbing attacking balls.

The first thing I noticed using it was how well it stops the ball.
I was really surprised that even against drives, it can both put spin on the ball and stop it dead.
On drives, it's also got good speed and a strong grip on the ball. It really feels like it excels at both attack and defense.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I've used a lot of long pips rubbers, but for me this one is number one when it comes to how easily you can produce variation. Especially on chops, the degree of variation is amazing. On top of that, for attacking players, it's a rubber that lets you send tricky variation balls on your receive, getting the opponent to send back an easy ball, so you can build an attacking rhythm — I think it's a dream rubber for advanced long pips players.

I'm a chopper currently using the 0.9mm version, and it didn't bounce as much as I expected. Part of that might be because the blade I use doesn't have much bounce either, but I didn't really get the impression that it's "hard to use." The bounce is just right when chopping, but if you don't push with a good amount of backspin, the ball tends to float up quite a bit. With blocking too, once you get used to it, you can use the opponent's spin against them or induce mistakes with knuckle balls.

I'm a chopper. I use this on my backhand. When I chop, it really bites. When the ball comes to me close to the table, I can immediately counter with my backhand. The fact that it can attack as well as defend, even though it's long pips, is truly a sign of high performance. It's a rubber that even world-class table tennis players who are choppers use and recommend. Among long pips, I think Glass D-Tecs is the best.

The defining trait of this rubber is how insanely wide the variation is. It creates so much variation that it directly leads to points in matches!
The big weakness is that it's hard to handle and you basically can't push with it (unless you're a serious high-level player), so
you end up losing points in the pattern of: opponent serves → you receive with Glass → they smash the third ball.
Still, even accounting for that, I think this variation can win you points up to a certain level.
If you want to score points directly with long pips, I think it's worth using.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

God Long pips that feel close to short pips!?

What surprised me when I opened it up was the size of the pips.
At first glance I thought I'd accidentally bought short pips instead.
The pips are quite large, and it clearly bounces more than your average long pips rubber.
The description calls it high-tension, but compared to inverted rubber it doesn't bounce much.
I used it as my backhand for chopping, and the feel was completely different from any long pips I'd used before —
it took a while to get used to. Once you're used to it, you can produce really sharp chops.
I've also tried it on a Chinese-penhold blade for blocking,

This rubber was excellent at producing variation.
Because the variation is so strong, it's hard to handle. Among long pips rubbers, it had a strong bounce.
When a chopper chops with it, you get no-spin dead balls, and the irregular bounces over the table are amazing.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
