The combination of the D.TecS technology and the classical Grass provides absolutely new varieties of the undercut and cut defence. The built-in tension in the rubber surface and sponge makes the pimples more elastic and enables an incredible undercut. Excellent control and enough speed to counter the adversary‘s disturbing attacking balls.
Now available in 0.5 and 0.9 mm!
- Long pimples
Players use Grass D.tecS
- Exceptional spin reversal and automatic ball transformation with minimal player input
- Unusually high speed for long pips, delivering sharp pushing and smashing shots
- High tension causes excessive bounce, requiring extensive control practice
- Low spin sensitivity makes blocking and cutting strokes remarkably stable
- Advanced rubber requiring experience; not recommended for long-pips beginners

Let me say this upfront: if you're a chopper switching to long pips, it'll take a while to get used to. Glass D feels like it's in a whole different category from any long pips rubber I've used before
If you're used to short pips for chopping, it won't feel that strange. Although the way the ball comes off is completely different. With long pips, keeping spin on the ball has traditionally required a fair amount of swing speed and technique, but with this rubber the spin just happens on its own. That said, if your swing speed is too slow the chop will float...
Whatever spin the opponent puts on the ball gets used and sent right back at them. Conversely, if there's not much spin coming in, your chop won't have much bite on it eitherOver the table, pushes are tough until you get the knack for it. The ball flies fast and straight, giving you an aggressive shot, so it's worth practicing
As long as you judge the incoming spin correctly, pushes give you very few mistakes too, so pushes are recommended as well!I'd recommend this to choppers running inverted rubber on both sides, or inverted on one side and short pips on the other, when they switch to long pips!
There's nothing quite like Glass D out there, so if you like the feel of this rubber, it can become an incredibly powerful weapon right away!
On the other hand, if you're a chopper who's used long pips from the start, be prepared - getting used to it in just a month or so seems tough. All Speed Spin Control

This is for penhold long pips, but the spin-reversal effect is amazing! I think you can score points with chop-style shorts, but since it's a tension pips rubber, just blocking with it isn't very stable. For penhold pips,
I think a thinner special-material blade suits it well. All Speed Spin Control

It really lived up to the hype.
It gives you a completely different kind of ball trajectory compared to any long pips rubber I've tried.
You can pull off chops with a low, smoothly gliding trajectory, and vicious chops so heavy the opponent can barely even get it back to the net.
Anyway, you'll get it once you try it yourself.
