In this rubber developed by Butterfly “microlayer” technology is used to enhance the grip at the ball contact.
The combination with the “High Tension” technology leads to greater rotation and pace than the previous BRYCE series.
“BRYCE HIGH SPEED “is recommended for male and female players, the special emphasis on the clout and create a strongly curved trajectory of their balls.
TECHNOLOGY
The High Tension technology interweaves the molecules of various rubber material so that the rubber in contact with the ball contracted very intense. Thus, the ball gets a reinforced pulse.
18 years ago the first BRYCE flooring with High Tension technology has been brought to market. Since as long ago the Department of research works and development of Butterfly on refining this patented technology, the ability of the rubber material to speed development to increase still further.
The latest result of this research is Bryce HIGH SPEED which the ball higher speed gives as all other coverings developed to date.
THE NEW “MICROLAYER” TECHNOLOGY INCREASING SPEED AND ROTATION
Micro Layer vs Normal: Furthermore, a new achievement of the Butterfly research is processed in BRYCE HIGH SPEED: the technique of “microlayer”. In addition to the enormous speed the ball can be given upon contact also much rotation.
The flooring surface is remarkably thin. The pad is pressed in contact with the ball and the surface contracts. A high rotation is generated in tangential meeting place. It was deliberately chosen a simple nap structure, which optimizes the covering on speed.

It's soft, so I wondered if it could really produce that much speed, but I was surprised.
The ball is just insanely fast.
It comes in low and fast, making it really hard to return.
Honestly, it's on a whole different level compared to something like the 64.
If you put glue on it, things would get out of hand.
It doesn't generate much spin though.
If you paired this with a high-flying blade on top of that, I don't think the ball would even land on the table.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

You get more speed out of this than any other rubber I've used, but that's really all it has going for it.
It doesn't grip the ball much, so the ball flies in a flat line rather than an arc, which makes control a struggle. It's lightweight, though, so for juniors or women without much power, this could be an option if you're looking to gain speed.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Backhand specialized rubber‼️ (Experience: ４〜５ years)

This rubber has a lot of rebound. I think you get the most out of its strengths by sinking the ball in with a fast swing rather than brushing it. Maybe it's thanks to Butterfly's so-called "micro-layer" technology, but the ball sinks in really well and it's easy to get spin on it. It's also relatively light, so you can block without getting pushed around by the opponent's spin, which made me think it's better suited for the backhand. I think it's a bit harder to use on the forehand. If you pair it with a flexible or all-wood blade built for spin, the bounce settles down to a manageable level and it becomes easier to use.

The speed makes no sense.
The spin is decent too, but if you go thin it turns into a dead, flat ball.

Perfect for a speed-oriented playing style. I was already playing a speed game with Tenergy 64, but I wanted even more speed so I bought this. The ball release felt a bit fast at first, but once you get used to it, you can get solid spin on it. That said, be careful - it's not a good fit if spin is your top priority.

Tetsuya Hashimoto Trades spin and control for extra speed

It's very soft, and the speed feels really good, but it's hard to get spin on the ball and hard to control. I felt like it just wasn't a good fit for me.
