In this rubber developed by Butterfly “microlayer” technology is used to enhance the grip at the ball contact.
The combination with the “High Tension” technology leads to greater rotation and pace than the previous BRYCE series.

TECHNOLOGY
The High Tension technology interweaves the molecules of various rubber material so that the rubber in contact with the ball contracted very intense. Thus, the ball gets a reinforced pulse.
18 years ago the first BRYCE flooring with High Tension technology has been brought to market. Since as long ago the Department of research works and development of Butterfly on refining this patented technology, the ability of the rubber material to speed development to increase still further.
The latest result of this research is Bryce HIGH SPEED which the ball higher speed gives as all other coverings developed to date.
THE NEW “MICROLAYER” TECHNOLOGY INCREASING SPEED AND ROTATION
Micro Layer vs Normal: Furthermore, a new achievement of the Butterfly research is processed in BRYCE HIGH SPEED: the technique of “microlayer”. In addition to the enormous speed the ball can be given upon contact also much rotation.
The flooring surface is remarkably thin. The pad is pressed in contact with the ball and the surface contracts. A high rotation is generated in tangential meeting place. It was deliberately chosen a simple nap structure, which optimizes the covering on speed.

I've got it on the forehand of my penhold blade. The speed on short-game flicks is just absurd. Blocks and counters are incredibly fast too. Serves and drives grip the ball easily as well.

I play Chinese rubber on my forehand and go for drives or meet shots to place the ball on my backhand, and I figured that having more speed on the backhand would help me score points, so I bought this. Since it's on my backhand I went with thick, out of fear of it flying long. I expected it to release the ball fast like short pips and give me a one-shot kill, but once I actually used it, here's what I found: (1) it grips the ball surprisingly well - it feels like the old days of using organic solvent boosters to stretch out the rubber sponge, (2) the shots come out very flat and aggressive, exactly what I was looking for, (3) even when you can't get spin on it, it still bounces enough that you can meet the ball after the peak even when you're further from the table, and it goes in even with a dropped contact point. That said, the maximum spin you can generate falls short of Chinese rubber, and I did feel that pushes tended to float. It's easy to get spin on, so as long as you're not a beginner, I'd really recommend giving this rubber a try! What's especially nasty is that if you catch the ball slightly off to the side, or add some sidespin, you get a nice arc and can hit stable, aggressive speed drives, and close to the table you can even turn a simple block into a counter-drive since the ball grips so easily. If you can figure out how to make the most of it, I think it could shake things up in the Tenergy era.

The speed is incredible! But if you don't set your racket angle properly, you'll send it long. If you don't put enough spin on it, the ball tends to come out like a knuckleball. But if you do put enough spin on it, it comes back properly even against backspin.

I've got it on my backhand. Even blocks come out fast without any effort. It grips the ball fine too, but above all, the speed on smashes and counters is on a completely different level from other rubbers. No comparison to Tenergy 64.

This rubber is really fast - a monster rubber that lets you use your opponent's spin against them.

The speed lived up to the hype! Loop drives didn't grip as much, but for regular drives it was good! Topspin rallies are pretty easy too, and surprisingly it's great on the backhand! Both my friend and I use it on the backhand!
