I used the Provincial Skyline 2 blue sponge, but honestly I like it less than Hurricane. The performance itself is very good, but the ball leaves the rubber faster than with Hurricane, so you get more speed, but since I want to generate power with my own swing, I'd personally choose Provincial Hurricane over Provincial Skyline. If you want to overpower opponents with spin and speed, though, I'd recommend it to you.

I use this on the black side of a Chinese penhold blade.
I switched from Hurricane Pro II to Skyline 3.
In a word, it's incredibly stable.
Attacking shots like third-ball attacks and smashes are stable and have good speed too.
With blocks, I can put the ball right where I aim.
Pushes and chops get a huge amount of spin.
Countering is easy too.
I also became able to do the YG serve, which I couldn't manage with Hurricane, once I switched to Skyline.

I'd been using max thickness Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Orange (Turbo Orange from here on) up until now, but I switched on a senior player's recommendation. Skyline is a bit slower than Turbo Orange, but I got more spin out of Skyline. Because the rubber is harder, Skyline flies in a straighter line, and you can hit really heavy balls with it. Turbo Orange and Skyline feel somewhat similar when hitting backspin balls, so I'd recommend Skyline as the next tacky rubber to try after moving from a tension rubber to Turbo Orange.

Matsuri This is the true tacky rubber

The tackiness isn't quite on the level of a Hurricane-style tacky rubber, but it cuts more sharply than tension-type inverted rubbers.
It doesn't bounce all that much, so you can put full power into your serves and still get good spin, and the short game is easy too.
Topspin drives grip really well too.
And on top of that, your drives get that nasty, tricky quality that's typical of tacky rubbers.

Nights (Experience: ２〜３ years) Forehand for Chinese penhold

I use the 39-degree max thickness on my forehand. It's a bit harder than Xiang Long, but it doesn't bounce much so you can really go for it.
Both hitting on the rise and looping the ball as it drops go in with a solid, satisfying impact. It also lifts backspin easily, and the grip on the ball is quite something.
