It's supposed to prioritize speed over Hurricane, but control is difficult. The slightest mistake and the ball goes straight over or into the net. And even though it's speed-focused, it's still very much a "classic tacky" feel, suited to grazing the ball for speed drives. Because of that, it's not suited to flat hitting. It's a rubber for advanced players, but as a way to train ball touch, I can also recommend it to beginners and intermediates.

This is a good rubber, but you'll struggle if you go in with the wrong idea about it.
I honestly think the performance is great, but if you pick it up just because "Chinese pros use it," you won't be able to handle it. If you catch the ball properly, you can hit some really high-quality shots, and the feel is nice too. But if you take it too lightly, you'll struggle with control. Balls you'd normally handle without any trouble suddenly become hard to deal with. You have to catch the ball more firmly than you'd expect, or it just won't go anywhere. Tacky rubbers are tough by nature, but once you put in the time and get used to it, it turns out to be a good rubber.
I do like this rubber. That said, it wasn't the kind of rubber that became a long-term partner I wanted to keep using.
It's cheap too, so there's no harm in trying it and judging for yourself. It's just hard to get hold of. Then again, that also means it's an annoying rubber to face as an opponent.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

A rubber that bounces more than the Hurricane Neo 3, with slightly less spin.
It's tackier than the Hurricane Neo 3.
I'd recommend it to anyone who used the Hurricane Neo 3 and felt the speed was lacking, or felt too affected by spin.

Among tacky rubbers, this one leans toward speed. That's only relative to other tacky rubbers, of course - it's still specialized for spin, so when chopping you get good control plus brutal cutting spin, and when attacking you get more speed than you'd expect from a tacky rubber!
