This is a rubber I really want Chinese penhold players to try at least once. Above all, the balance of spin, control, and speed is excellent, making it a perfect match for Chinese penhold.

I tried this rubber out as a dedicated chopper. The chopping performance is really high! It holds the ball down solidly, chops come out with brutal spin, and from push control to cutting spin, no complaints at all. When I counter-attack, it doesn't quite match a tension rubber, but it still has plenty of power!

Back in the day, I used to apply glue to a Skyline 3 with blue sponge and use it that way.
There are some similarities, but this one feels like the ball flies on a more direct, flatter trajectory. The absolute spin level is higher on the Skyline 3, but the speed feels a little higher on the neo version.
Also, because of the distinctive feel of a tacky rubber, you might be a bit thrown off at first if you're coming from a tension rubber.
If you can produce a solid brushing drive, I think you can make the most of both the tacky rubber's tricky ball and the neo's speed. For someone like me without much power, I couldn't really make it work.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I put it on my Hurricane Hao 3, and once I got used to it, it was great - really easy to put spin on and easy to do short-game techniques too!
That said, the trajectory is extremely flat, so unless you use the technique unique to Chinese rubbers, the ball won't go in

My rating for this rubber is "for a tacky rubber." The spin is maybe a touch less than a typical tacky rubber. In exchange, the speed and bounce let you push forward hard even from mid-distance! And even though it's fast, it's somehow easy to control ╰(°ㅂ° )╯ I used it with an Allround Evolution, a plain Clipper, a Marika, and a Timo ALC, but overall I think the Marika had the best balance. With the Timo ALC, the ball felt like it flew off before I could even put spin on it...

For a tacky rubber, it's got good speed, and I felt it was easy to control.
It seems to work fine with either an all-wood blade or a composite one.
An arylate carbon blade seemed to suit it best, I think.All Speed Spin Control
