Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The Fastarc G-1 has the most power of the series. It's a very direct and to the point rubber. All offensive strokes from fast drives at the table to long distance counterlooping are executed with high precision. The hardest and fastest of all the Fastarcs.

    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly evaluated as a standard German tension rubber with proven track record among top players and versatile performance, yet many note it requires strong impact technique and is not suitable for all player types. Durability and cost-effectiveness are central to its support.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Versatility: Compatible with drives, attacks, table techniques and more
    • Durability and longevity: Lasts longer than Tenergy or Dignics
    • Grip power: Holds the ball firmly for stability
    • Impact-dependent: Best for powerful hitters; weak contact causes drops
    • Highly rated for backhand: Excellent stability and ease of use
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveA German rubber that produces curveballs and enables various techniques like drives, smashes, and counters to be executed easily. Achieves high-level spin and speed, with excellent longevity. Recommended for students and intermediate players.
▽ CriticalWhen trying to add strong spin with heavy impact, the ball sometimes slides. Not suitable for power hitters. Feels like a previous generation rubber with no distinctive characteristics, making it not worth the high cost.

      kabuto555 (Experience: 4〜5 years) Straight line — a rubber I don't quite get

      Reviews by user

The ball you hit travels in a straight line. So the blade I'd recommend pairing it with is the Timo Boll ALC.
This is a famous rubber used by players like Morizono, Ito, and Ishikawa, but honestly I couldn't tell what was so great about it. The characteristics are hard to pin down. It's not as clear-cut as Tenergy.

Idea (Experience: 2〜3 years) The master of power drives

      Reviews by user

When I think of power drives, G-1 comes to mind. Just the rubber itself is heavy, so it requires quite a bit of strength. Even though it's described as a grip-type rubber, it still produces good speed. I'd recommend it to players who hit heavy topspin drive attacks. The downside might be that it's a little prone to net misses. Personally, I'd recommend putting it on your forehand.

It has a heavy, solid feel, and I don't think the rubber's own speed and bounce are all that amazing. That said, it's easy to hit drives where the ball sinks into the sponge, and it's relatively stable.
As a spin-oriented tension rubber, it doesn't have any standout performance, but it's well rounded at a high level, making it an easy-to-use rubber that appeals to everyone.
The price feels a bit high relative to the performance, but it lasts longer than the 05, so I recommend it.

Fishing love table tennis player (Experience: 2〜3 years) Insane amount of spin

      Reviews by user

At first I hit a lot of shots long, but once I got used to it, the long misses stopped and I could use it well. With this rubber, a half-hearted swing will send the ball long right away, so I think it suits people who can swing through properly. If you swing through properly, the ball gets amazing spin and stays consistent. The speed is excellent too. Flat hits are also easy to do.
