You can tell it took time to develop — it's really well put together.
The spin performance is top-class for a short pips rubber, just like its predecessor, and with the added tension the bounce is more than enough, though compared to German-style tension rubbers the bounce is a bit more restrained, giving better control.
It won't produce an extreme knuckle effect, but if you hit it more flatly without consciously trying to spin it, you can get a knuckle ball out of it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

An all-around rubber you can use for both offense and defense.
It has more than enough spin performance.
On top of that it has the attacking power of the red sponge,
making it a good rubber that anyone can use.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I'm a chopper, and for short pips, my chops really bite a lot. Playing close to the table, I can hit fast. Short-game techniques like pushes go in reliably even with just a light touch!

The feel is soft and the ball doesn't really go anywhere.
I used it on the forehand of a Liberta Synergy and had trouble punching through lobs.
As you'd expect from a spin-oriented rubber, it's stable, but it doesn't produce knuckle balls, and it doesn't produce sharp balls either, so I felt it would pair well with a fairly hard, well-bouncing blade.
The spin is decent and there's stability too, but it's hard to produce tricky balls or fast balls, so I think it would suit players who prioritize stability, or choppers. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Sorry for the long review. I switched from the Impartial XS. Just like the Impartial, it's very easy to put spin on the ball. As for speed, I haven't been using short pips for very long so I can't say for sure, but it doesn't feel slow at all. The kick-through feel is also fine. And above all, the control is fantastic! As I said, it's easy to spin, has no weird quirks, and has just the right ball-release speed. With short pips, I sometimes feel a bit uneasy when hitting, but I didn't feel that at all with this rubber. If I had to name a downside, it's that it's affected by spin more than you'd expect for short pips. But that's just the fate of a spin-oriented short-pips rubber. I'd recommend it to people who aren't used to short pips yet, people who want to shake up their opponent by targeting different spots on the table, and people looking for an all-around short-pips rubber! It also lasts a long time and is inexpensive, so the value for money is great too! Please give it a try!

Pine (Experience: 2〜3 years) The savior of sharp pips-out rubbers

I used this as short pips on the backhand with a shakehand grip, with medium sponge thickness.
I paired it with a carbon blade, and the control is excellent. There's none of that "slight uneasiness" that comes with using short pips - I can put spin on the ball easily, and I can play the short game and attack wherever I want.
Also, the speed is fast. It's true that knuckle balls are hard to produce, but at an intermediate level, I think chasing knuckle balls and losing stability leads to more lost points than just relying on consistency to keep the ball on the opponent's side, so it's not really a problem.
It's also cheap and lightweight. It's clearly different from the German-style rubbers, so there's no substitute for it right now. It's a model student that can adapt right away even to serves and topspin drives from an opponent you're facing for the first time in a match.
