If regular 05 feels too soft to you, use this. If you find Dignics hard to handle, you should use this instead. It gives stable spin and real power.

If you've got a certain level of skill, you can definitely hit a ball that feels like a level up. One thing to watch out for is that the rubber's performance is so intense it can outpace your own ability.
High performance, but high price. Shorter lifespan too.

The (Experience: 11〜20 years) A top-tier rubber with no weaknesses from close to the table to far away

The feel is soft, since the sponge is hard and the ball sinks easily into the sheet.
The sheet itself doesn't have especially strong grip, so you don't take on too much spin when blocking. But on topspin drives and counters, the sponge boosts things and produces intense spin and speed.
Serves, stops, and pushes are easy to cut, and it's easy to control length too.
The arc is lower than Dignics 05, but it still has plenty of grip, and the stability on speed drives is excellent. Topspin rallies also go in deep, so you can attack even from away from the table.
Flat-contact shots like brushing topspin drives and smashes are where the performance really shows the clearest. These days a lot of players are two-wing loopers, but I think this suits a smash-style game well too. It opens up more attacking options, so I'd recommend it to anyone who feels stuck in a rut.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This is a pretty tame one among the Tenergy lineup. Since my game is centered around loop drives, this type of rubber is exactly my favorite. It's a "manual" rubber in the sense that the sad thing where the ball flies off on its own rarely happens. It's incredibly fun to use.

Tenergy 05 Hard, which boasts top-tier performance even within Butterfly's lineup, is a perfect rubber that combines spin and speed — only a pro table tennis player can really handle it.
The way the ball sinks into that hard Spring Sponge along the trajectory is just incredible. The spin comes automatically. As for who it's suited for.
For a pro player who wants to go for the point no matter how the rally develops, who wants to play perfect table tennis — this is the rubber for that kind of person.
If a regular player uses this rubber, the result tends to be that it's too fast and you can't get ready in time for the next ball.

A decent table tennis person (Experience: 2〜3 years) This is nuts

This is a switch from V15 Extra. When I put V15 on an outer blade, the trajectory became really flat, and I could never swing with full confidence every time I hit. But Tenergy 05 Hard gives you a proper arc while still matching or beating V15's speed. The amount of spin isn't even comparable to V15. Hitting backspin balls is stable too, and the power is enough to make you doubt it was really your own shot. One thing that bothered me a bit was the counter — V15 might actually be easier for that. With V15, whether you hit flat or brush it, the ball came out stable and good, but with Tenergy 05 Hard it flies quite high, so unless you put a bit more force into the impact, it won't be stable. Well, I think you can stabilize it with practice. Still, the power on topspin drives is absurd, so I'd say intermediate players and above (this matters) who want more power should definitely give it a try.

Looking up to Togami, I switched from V15 Extra and used it on my forehand.
In basic forehand hitting there wasn't that much difference, but on topspin drives the ball really flew.
Hitting backspin balls takes a bit of getting used to, but once it landed, both hard hits and loops were incredible.
As for the short game, I have absolutely no complaints.
If I had the money to spare, I'd make this my go-to rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
