Compared to Q4, Q4 is definitely easier to chop with, but Q5 has more power and really shines in counter-attacking situations - Q5 is clearly better when it comes to countering.
With drives against chops, the spin bites properly and my impression is that opponents made more net mistakes.
But it gets a bit harder to hold down, so I think Q4 is the one to put on first, with this as the next step up. Though I don't think there's any problem starting with Q5 either.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This is really great.
It puts a ton of spin on the ball and even though it's hard, it still sinks in nicely❗
But it still flies.
On par with Tenergy.

Using 2.1mm on the forehand of a Chinese penhold. Comparing it with the other Q-series rubbers as I go...
As a trend, true to the marketing line (?) of aiming to be the "post-Tenergy 05," it has a fairly automatic-feeling arcing trajectory - even flat hits come out with a decent arc. Even with a fairly closed racket angle.
Spin performance isn't bad either.
What stands out to me is the bounce(?) and softness. The sponge hardness rating is the same, but it definitely feels like the softest in the Q series. As for bounce, I'd rank it Q3≧Q4>Q5. Because of the arc, I feel it's easier to use around mid-distance than Q3...
Overall, it's easy to use, but maybe it lost some of its distinct character? It handles everything competently but I don't feel anything that particularly stands out. It's crowd-pleasing, but in chasing Tenergy it somehow ended up closer to a German-style rubber. Within the Q series, I'd say it suits players aiming for a stability-focused playing style. This rubber grips the ball incredibly well!
It's expensive, but I think it's worth it!
I'd recommend it to people with strength who train regularly, or who are good at back-to-back drives! From my own experience, it felt like it suited an inner-carbon blade better than an outer-carbon one!

I put this on my Mizutani blade and hit with it, and it was great.
I used to have Tenergy on both sides, but I switched just the forehand to Q5.
My first impression was that the sheet felt very hard. But personally I think it's a rubber that goes far beyond Tenergy.
Drives get sharper and spin is really easy to put on, so I thought this is a rubber that could work across a pretty wide range, from beginners to advanced players.
The price is high, but once you hit with it, you can feel that it's worth this price.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Compared to Tenergy 05, I get the sense that the ball leaves the racket on an incredible arc right from the rally stage. It feels like it shoots upward the instant it touches the sheet. So I felt this is a pretty different animal from Tenergy. I think 05 is also positioned as a spin-oriented tension rubber, but this one felt like it had even more spin.
Drives... the spin on loop drives is ridiculous. It's on par with or better than Evolution MX-P, and even though I'm the type who brushes the ball to generate spin, I get a nice clean arc without any trouble. That said, if you don't hit it properly, it's a hard rubber, so the ball will fly straight into the net.
Playing back from the table... the speed isn't as much as I expected (though this isn't a fair comparison since I'm measuring against Tenergy 05), but I think anyone with enough strength and practice can cover that gap with technique.
Short game... pushes and chiquitas both go smoothly. It's supposed to be hard, but the feel wasn't as hard as I expected.For someone who attacks with heavy spin and has enough skill to back it up, I think Q5, G1, and MX-P are the ones I'd recommend!

The spin on serves is amazing.
Also the sheet has a nice shine to it.
Drives lift easily even without much effort, and countering is easy too.
