I bought this to build up muscle for my next rubber. But I liked the feel of the shot so much that I've now been using the same Hurricane Pro Turbo Blue for about 3 months. Whenever it was time to re-glue, I thought about switching to a tension rubber several times, but I found it appealing enough that I felt sticking with this was the better choice.
I'd also recommend it for choppers. I recommend max thickness — the reason is that as you keep using it, you naturally build muscle, and your chops get heavier too. Hurricane has this vibe of "you need muscle or it's no good," but the muscle builds up on its own as you keep using it. Now only my right arm has gotten bigger lol. I borrowed it from a friend, and when I tried it, the ball just doesn't sink in at all — if you don't graze it, you seriously get no spin. Since there's almost no sinking-in feel, it's not easy to use, but when the ball really meshes with it, you get shots so heavy that blocks can't even hold them. Well, it's not really a rubber worth going out of your way to use. It's been a while since I used a rubber this hard.

If you swing through properly
you get really great shots
It's consistent too!
And it extends a ton
A friend of mine said the extension was so crazy
that he didn't want to play against it lol lol
But if you just tap the ball, it comes out flat and spinless,
so it is more for advanced players

The bounce is on the higher side compared to other rubbers in the Hurricane series. But that's only when compared within the Hurricane series — the raw bounce is nowhere near tension rubbers. The spin is amazing, as you'd expect from a Hurricane. If you really grip it with the sheet, you can get speed that doesn't lose to tension rubbers. What's more, you get tension-level speed plus nasty balls that extend or dive. The short game doesn't bounce much, so the ball settles nicely on the table. Flicks are stable if you hit them by riding the ball on the rubber, and they come out as knucklers, so they looked tough for opponents to handle too. When I hit a chiquita, unlike the flick, it came in with tremendous curve and speed, stabbing right into the court.
For reference, I'd also like to compare this rubber to the Provincial Hurricane NEO3 Blue Sponge

The first thing I felt even before hitting was that it's incredibly heavy. And incredibly hard. This might just be my own impression, but compared to the Provincial Team Hurricane 3 Blue Sponge, it didn't carry as much. But because it doesn't carry, the short game was easy to play. The sheet is solid and strongly tacky, so lifting backspin was easy. But then in the topspin rally that follows, since it doesn't carry at all, you won't overshoot, but the ball doesn't reach deep on the table either. So the downsides are basically the weight and the lack of carry. But apart from that, it's a godly rubber.

Speed... Partly thanks to the blade, you can get speed not too far off from a tension rubber. I've also put it on a Dynasty Carbon, but with the Zhang Jike ALC, the grip on the ball and the ball speed both felt very slightly better.
Spin... Depends on your swing speed and body position. Apparently if you hit it with perfect form, you get a really heavy ball.
When your form breaks down or you end up arm-hitting, you get a weird wobbly ball or a knuckleball. This is that so-called quirky character, and surprisingly it often ends up being a source of points. Of course, not breaking your form is ideal, though...
Once you're used to it, you can also deliberately produce knuckle drives. You can induce mistakes even from people who are good at counters and blocks.Control... comes with practice. For both hitting against topspin and against backspin, even for balls that are borderline hittable, I think if you practice properly you'll be able to place the ball where you want.
Short game... At first I wasn't used to the lack of bounce with stops and pushes and missed a lot, but once you get used to it, I think you can produce sharp stops and pushes that are hard for the opponent to attack. Flicks and drop shots also land well on the table since the rubber doesn't bounce, which is pretty great.
The weight is over 60g. But I like it. Let's hit the gym.

Even at thick, it's heavy enough that you feel the weight before you even swing.
If you're going to use this, you really need to hit the gym hard, or it's not going to work.
Unlike NEO3, it does have that sense of carrying through the ball.
Spin and speed are excellent, but the weight is definitely a concern.
If you can get past that, I think some people might find it even better than Tenergy.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
