It's a rubber that's quite hard and very heavy, so there's almost no feeling of the ball sinking into the sponge.
Even just grazing the ball for a drive produces a huge amount of spin and it lands consistently while drawing an arc, though it's slow. But if you graze it while really driving forward into the ball, you can get both spin and speed together. On top of that, you can even win points off the difference in spin without meaning to.
Blocking is the easiest shot to play — you do feel the effect of the opponent's spin, but it's still more than stable enough to land. Counters are also easy since it's simple to overwrite the opponent's spin.
The short game doesn't bounce much either, so stops, pushes, and flicks are all stable, making it easy to steer the point into a rally.
For someone who's only ever used tension rubber, the way you hit this rubber is different enough that it might be better to use something like Hurricane PRO3 Turbo Orange first — then you'll be able to appreciate how amazing this rubber's performance really is.
Use techniques like layered coating or stretch-coating the glue to make it easier to use.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I used it on my forehand.
I switched over from V15 Extra, so here's a comparison.
Forehand hitting: V15 ≥ Turbo Blue
Drive speed: V15 = Turbo Blue
Drive spin: V15 ≤ Turbo Blue
Block: V15 ≤ Turbo Blue
Short game: V15 ≤ Turbo Blue
Serve: V15 ≤ Turbo Blue
Weight: V15 ≥ Turbo Blue
Other than forehand hitting and weight, Turbo Blue was better across the board. I'd recommend Turbo Blue for players who drive close to or at mid-distance from the table, or who want to stabilize their blocks, short game, and serves. Though depending on the blade, it can end up around 200g total, so choose your backhand rubber carefully, lol

Easy to handle than I thought (Experience: ４〜５ years)

My impression was very positive. There were quite a few times when drives that wouldn't go in with other rubbers went in with this one. It gets proper spin, and the arc is high too. Also, it doesn't fly off on its own, so it lands nicely on the table. Some reviews say it's hard to handle, but I found it easier to handle than other tacky rubbers. There are also reviews saying it's too hard, but that didn't really bother me. I like it more than the Turbo Orange or Chinese-made Hurricane I used before.
The downside is that it's heavy, as you'd expect. Your recovery after hitting is slower, so it's hard to hit consecutive shots. Switching between forehand and backhand is also slower. If you're an elementary/middle schooler, a woman, or using an already-heavy blade, be careful.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Speed and spin are excellent.
The trajectory is irregular compared to tension rubbers,
and it looked pretty hard for opponents to handle.
The weight is seriously heavy, so unless you can really make solid impact,
it's quite tough.
I wouldn't recommend switching straight from tension rubber.
If you really want to try it, why not try Turbo Orange first, since it's closer to a German-style rubber, and then move on to this?All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Comparing it to Spinart.
The loop drive is about the same, but for speed drives, Spinart is a bit better.
For regular topspin-to-topspin rallies, Spinart is better; against backspin, Hurricane is better; for the short game, they're about the same.

The drive is the easiest to use out of the whole Nittaku Hurricane lineup!
The arc is also stable
Great for the short game too
