Way too hard lol. It's made for choppers. I think power players who love heavy impact could use it as a drive player too. It's good to put on a soft inner-carbon blade!

It's hard, but if you brush the ball and then let it sink in, you get a nasty shot. The more spin you put in, the more you get out. If you're used to tension rubber, you'll just get straight, spinless shots. For counters, if you smack the ball it tends to drop. If you put your own spin on it, you also get a higher arc. The pips tend to lift off easily — mine came loose after a month. That might depend on how much you practice, so please buy it knowing that in advance.

Front team haste (Experience: ４〜５ years) The quintessential tacky rubber!

First off, it's very heavy, so it's a rubber that's picky about the blade and the player. When you swing all the way through, you get a great shot, but a half-hearted swing gives you a half-hearted ball. Also, be careful — if you put it on a blade bigger than the standard 157x150, like an Offensive Inner Force AL, it gets really heavy. I'd recommend putting it on your forehand rather than your backhand.

When brand new, you can get powerful shots whether you brush the ball or hit it flat. However, it's heavy, which slows down your swing speed, so people without much power really can't handle it.
After about a month, the feel gets harder and the ball-holding ability drops off sharply. Even swinging the same way as when it was new, the ball flies off before you can put spin on it and turns into a straight, spinless shot.
Maybe, like with Tenergy, there's some kind of additive used in the manufacturing process... Just be aware that the feel becomes a completely different thing after about a month.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I'm a chopper.
F (forehand): Turbo Blue, max thickness
B (backhand): Grass D, Tecs GS
It doesn't have the speed to match tension rubber, but the amount of spin is overwhelmingly higher with the Turbo Blue.
If you can swing all the way through properly, you get an incredibly heavy ball.
The ball comes out slower than the swing would suggest, but that also has the benefit of throwing off the opponent's timing.
For the short game, since the ball doesn't bounce much, flicks and similar shots are extremely easy to do.
Backhand
You can't really pull off drives or chiquitas unless you put in a strong impact.
This is for people who want to produce tricky spin and who don't attack much with their backhand.
Chop
When I chopped the same way I would with tension rubber, the ball would stick to the rubber for a moment and then drop.
Once you get used to it, it works nicely.
Even though it's an attacking blade, it kept the ball in check almost as if it weren't — that's thanks to the tackiness.
When the opponent hits hard, you can use the power of their shot to make your chop bite really sharply.
Against soft balls, you need to increase your swing speed so you don't lose out on spin.
If you're going to use the Turbo Blue, it's better for a chopper to use as attack-oriented a blade as possible.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

The spin from a grazing hit is really good. If you let the ball sink into the rubber and hit through it, you also get good speed. I also think this probably pairs well with a fast blade. If you can do the tacky stroke, I think this is a really great rubber.

By far the most spin I've ever gotten out of a rubber!
Even hitting from a really low position, the ball still lands on the opponent's side!
Flicks and similar shots go in easily and are really fast!
If you brush the ball for your drive, you get a slow but nastily spinny shot; if you put more impact into it, it's really fast and the feel is great!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
