Sriver EL combines Sriver's top sheet with a medium-soft elastic sponge.
This softer sponge allows you to generate more spin without using a power swing.

I put this on my backhand.
Right after applying it, blocks and drives were easy to hit...
but as days went by, I couldn't hit at all anymore.
So since it wears out fast, you're better off rebuying it often or switching to a different rubber.All Speed Spin Control

This is a rubber that lets you keep up stable rallies close to the table.
That said, the further back you go — mid-distance, away from the table — the less stable it gets, and speed drops too.
Spin is decent.

Once you've tried a tension rubber
this one doesn't bounce enough, so ironically rallies aren't stable.But when it comes to receiving, it has absolute stability.
For people who haven't tried tension rubbers

At one sports shop, this rubber seems to be their top pick for beginners.
It's cheap, easy to use, and I think the performance is just right for beginners.

More than spin, more than speed, what stands out most is the control.
I had it in medium sponge, and compared to tension rubbers it really doesn't bounce much, which is a bit of a shame, but it doesn't give you the habit of backing away from the table, and you can build fundamentals like control, so I think it's a wonderful rubber.All Speed Spin Control
