This blade is ideal for speed, control, spin, blocking, and smashing. Perfect for looping too.
As for rubber, it paired excellently with Dignics 05 and Dignics 09C.
My FH and BH have improved a lot, and I've won a lot of matches with it.

It might just be individual variation, but compared to the Viscaria and other ALC blades, I feel like it grips the ball more. But still, it's tough for someone like me who doesn't practice much. Drives feel great to hit, but the shots I need for an actual match just won't land.
Pushes and stops float up way too much, and matches are nothing but nerve-wracking. Back in my college days when I actually practiced, I could use it, but as a working adult, a blade at this level is too much for me.
Spin performance is very hard to get since it's an outer carbon blade.
Speed is decent for a carbon blade.
Practice is super fun, matches are scary.

I think it's great!!! I like the grip design. Performance-wise, is it the same as the Viscaria, I wonder?

I originally used the Jun Mizutani ZLC, but I switched to the Zhang Jike ALC because I wanted more ball-holding feel.
There are two things I liked about it.
1. It holds the ball better than I expected
Compared to the ZLC, I found it holds the ball overwhelmingly better. I feel this has increased the spin I can get on loop drives and serves.
2. Compatibility with rubbers
I found this blade basically works with both tacky and tension rubbers. Right now I have tension rubber on it, but I also tried tacky. As a result, the power drops a little, but in terms of spin I thought it was the best. So I think tacky-rubber users would find this easy to use too.
I don't think you'll regret owning this blade. Also, if it flies too much for you, how about trying the Tomokazu Harimoto ALC or the Innerforce? I currently use this blade as my main one.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

It was easier to handle than I expected. I'd recommend using it with tacky rubber. Since it lets you get both spin and speed, it pairs great with tacky rubber.

The Zhang Jike ALC pairs best with tacky rubber.
On the other hand, when I put Tenergy on it, I didn't get much sense of holding the ball, and it flew off too quickly, which made it hard to control.
With tacky rubber you can get solid speed and spin, so tacky is the way to go with this blade!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I used to use the Harimoto ALC
but I didn't really like the feel and kept wandering between blades.
After that I used the Ovtcharov ALC, but it flew too much somehow, and the head-heavy balance made it hard to swing...
While I was going through that indecision, I bought the Zhang Jike ALC.
Since the last one flew too much, I test-ran it with Xiang Long max thickness on the forehand and Rozena on the backhand.It grips the ball but it still flies! Super easy to use!
The backhand is especially easy when putting spin on the ball. The control is really good too!
The only difference from the Viscaria is the grip, but personally I found this one easier to swing and switch directions with more smoothly.
I wondered if Tenergy would've been good on the backhand too, but this was just a test run, so next time I'm thinking forehand 09C, backhand Tenergy or Dignics 05.
It seems like a blade that would suit both harder and softer rubbers.
