Swat Power is the fastest variant of the Japanese bestseller, TSP Swat. This modern, 7-ply offensive blade is the perfect weapon for ambitions topspin players. In order to guarantee excellent acceleration and high ball bounce, the Japanese team of TSP designers combined the 4 thin outer veneer plies with 3 faster and slightly harder veneer plies. I had a friend let me hit with it.
I test-hit it with Tenergy 05 on the forehand
and Tenergy 80 on the backhand.
Since this blade is literally called the Swat Power,
it's a power-oriented option, so it's a little heavy.
But even with Tenergy on both sides,
since Tenergy itself is light, I didn't have any trouble
swinging it around.
I'd recommend this rubber
to anyone who isn't confident in their own power!!
You can hit really powerful topspin drives and smashes!!

I used this until last December, and this year switched to the Zhang Jike ALC. The Zhang Jike ALC was good too, but because it has special material built in, the ball flew off on its own and I found it hard to control, so after about a month of agonizing over it I decided to go back to the Swat Power. The ball leaves the blade quickly, but it grips more spin than an outer-carbon blade. Also, if you have real power, putting V>15 on it will bring out even more of what this blade can do. I'm not confident in my own power, so I use Super Ventus, but with Super Ventus it leans more toward spin (that's just my own feel for it).
And the feel that resonates through your hand when you hit the ball is my favorite thing about this blade. If you compare the Swat and the Swat Power you can tell — the feel is completely different. I think it comes from the three thick center plies and the smoked top ply, but whatever the reason, it feels great to hit with. Players who play close to the table really get to make the most of the speed. Counters especially go in with a compact swing. Even coming from an outer-carbon blade, I think you'd adjust quickly, so please give it a try.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

These are my impressions from borrowing it from a friend. It flicks the ball off really well, showing off the typical characteristics of a 7-ply blade. Also, my friend told me 'it goes with any rubber.'

I felt it's very similar to VICTAS's Koki Niwa Wood. I think the only real difference is the blade thickness. But the match with V15 Extra is outstanding! Counters and chop-blocks are easy, and topspin drives feel great too. I still mainly use the Koki Niwa Wood, but I use this one as a spare blade.

There's absolutely none of the 5-ply Swat feel here.
It has 7-ply bounce, without the grip you get from a 5-ply blade.
