This was the first carbon blade I ever bought, and it really has excellent performance.
Weight: With G-1 and V>15 Limber, it came to 174g, so it's very light.
Feel: Excellent. It's actually pretty close to wood.
Drives: Perfect. I was especially impressed by how well it handles changes of pace on loops and by its speed.
The short game: You can do anything with it. It doesn't fly too much, so it's not hard to control.
Playing range: It's a blade that's ideal both for fine play close to the table and for grinding it out from mid-to-far distance.
Summary: This one blade can do everything. That's the kind of blade it is. I'd recommend it whether you're using carbon for the first time or not. If you're an intermediate or advanced player struggling to choose a blade, this is a must-see!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

The moment I hit a serve with it, I was speechless.
It's an incredibly strong blade.
The speed is insane, the spin is tremendous, and control is great — shots go exactly where you aim, so it's very easy to use.

This is the strongest blade I've used. It's a cut above every other blade. The speed is insane, the spin is insane, and it's incredibly sharp. Control is great too — shots go exactly where you aim, so it's very easy to use.
Smashes and drives get insane topspin and are just too fast. Serves and chops are incredibly sharp, and chiquitas, stops, and flicks are fast with tons of spin. Blocks and lobs just need a simple touch to land in the opponent's court, so they're really easy to do.
If you put xonm's ZETA on the surface of this blade and use a YZ serve with sidespin-topspin, it's insanely strong. (A hurricane serve or YG serve also works.)

The speed and spin are just outstanding. Recommended for players who want to attack fast and hard, or for players whose style is to attack with heavy topspin, like curve drives.
Drives with both forehand and backhand go in really easily.

I've got max-thickness Fastarc G-1 on both sides. Total weight is 195g. That includes 3 coats of Racket Protect, 2 coats of Free Chack II, side tape, and the weight of the tacky rubber film.
Before this, I was using a 170g Fly Att Carbon. The weight went up, but my swing speed hasn't changed much, so
it's got great stability and more power behind the ball now. There's a slight sense of the ball sticking to the rubber on contact, and the feel is nice too (I think the rubber contributes to that as well). Also, when I hit a reasonably hard shot, it lands right where I'm aiming. On the other hand, with a lighter swing, I found it harder to control.
Drives are also very easy to hit. It generates speed. Since I'm using a spin-oriented rubber, the spin is amazing too.Update: maybe because I've gotten used to it, drives are lifting really well now too. If anything, I can close the racket angle a bit and still land attacking shots to the forehand, backhand, and middle from close to mid-distance without any trouble. Even from far off the table, I can trade shots comfortably. Smashes also come out with real power. With practice, I've gotten used to soft touches as well. Flicks come out with power too.

I thought ALC blades would be fast
but this one doesn't bounce too much, the bounce is just right
It's fairly light so you can swing all out on the backhand too,
and you can really put spin on drives,
so it's a blade I highly recommend
I think spin-oriented rubbers like Rakza 7 or Vega Asia
would suit it well

The grip feels a bit thin and small (I use FL). There's weight toward the handle end of the blade, which gave it a sense of being easy to lift and stable (this is just my personal impression).
The feel has a moderate amount of resonance, but the ball leaves the blade quickly, so if you force your shots it becomes uncontrollable. If you swing lightly and smoothly, you can hit incredibly fast, penetrating shots. That ball speed doesn't fade even after it drops — it just keeps carrying through. It doesn't feel like you're driving the ball with your own power the way you would with a wood blade — the blade does the flying for you. Even a light swing produces fast, penetrating shots, so I kept being surprised until I got used to it.
Serves and the short game tend to float, but it seems manageable with practice and the right rubber choice.
For me, Rakza X Soft is about the only rubber I can handle on it. With Bryce Hi-Speed, I couldn't manage anything except drives at all.
Blocks and counters are easy too — they have speed while still feeling stable.I think the performance of this blade is excellent. I think it's a blade that intermediate players can handle well enough with the right rubber choice. The exhilarating drives that go in from anywhere are addictive. I think it's worth experiencing.
