This blade is amazing across the board,
especially for topspin drives on both wings — really easy to hit and with a lot of power. To go into detail:
Smash: ◎
Drive: ◎
Block: ○
Short game/chiquita: ◎
Serve: ○
I felt blocking was a bit tricky. Also, when serving I sometimes wasn't sure if I was actually getting spin on it, though most of the time it was about average...
Drives from mid-distance were easy to hit too, and the blade really has a lot of bounce

Switching from the Mizutani ZLC to the Freitas ALC, the first thing I noticed was that spin-based techniques are easier to pull off compared to the Mizutani.
The best part is that you still get some grip on the ball while getting good speed.
The Mizutani had great speed and feel, but I always felt it was a bit hard to get spin on it, so this was just right for me!!

My first impression was that the amount of spin you can get on drives is amazing. Especially paired with Rozena, even a somewhat sloppy swing still goes in.
Speed drives are also easy to hit.
I think it's very rare to find an outer carbon blade that holds the ball this well.

At first, it does bounce a lot so control is difficult. But you get used to it as you keep using it.
Flicks over the table are also easy, but pushes are a bit hard to control.

I think the Freitas is better in every respect — speed, control, and spin.
