NO.1 table tennis review site

I heard it called a "fake Timo Boll" racket and bought it on impulse... (lol)
It's an outer carbon blade, but it holds the ball better than I expected, and the control is really high, making it an easy racket to use.
The grip is distinctive.
It's a nice plus that it isn't picky about rubber hardness, and if you use a bouncier rubber you can get quite a lot of speed out of it too.
It's an appealing enough racket that I'm honestly still torn about whether to make it my main blade.

It's an outer arylate-carbon blade,
with a construction similar to the Timo Spirit (Viscaria).
I can't really vouch for how similar it is overall, and I won't take responsibility for that claim,
but there's no question its performance isn't low.

The blade is large, a bit soft, and the bounce is fairly mellow, so
you can think of it as leaning toward stability.

And on top of that, it's ridiculously cheap.
Personally, I'd say it's the best value for money after the Swat Carbon.
Seriously cheap. If you're running short pips on the backhand, quite a few people might actually get along with it even better than the Timo Spirit.

In a word, I think this is an outer blade that wood-blade users can still use.

Wanting to generate spin and get distance,
I had long used the wood 7-ply Clipper.

I'd occasionally borrow a special-material blade
from an acquaintance and hit with it,
but the ball would fly off before I could put any spin on it,
so I stayed away from that type.

Riding the recent special-material boom,
I bought this one for 5000 yen just to play around with,
but spin is easy to generate,
it gives a nice solid arc,
and you can hit fast drives with light effort.
The blade is thin so it flexes, and serves and the short game
stop nicely too.
It looks like it's going from a fun blade to a match blade for me.

However, since everything overall has sped up,
I've really felt that I need to raise my own level too,
so it's a wonderful blade that boosts my
motivation to practice.

Given this performance at this price,
it's a blade whose value for money can't be summed up in one word.

I switched over from a wood blade (Fortius).

Compared to wood, the ball flies more in a straight line, but it's not unmanageable. The feel isn't bothersome either. It's faster than wood.
The blade itself is lightweight, but since the head is large and the balance point sits toward the tip, it doesn't feel as light as you'd expect.
As a side note, the Chinese-style grip is fairly thick, so I'd say it suits players who mainly play off the backhand rather than those who use a lot of short game.

Above all, the value for money is fantastic. These days ALC-type blades are pricey no matter the brand, so being able to get one for around 6000 yen is great. The only downside is that it's a fairly minor blade, so it's hard to find in stores.

This was the first time I went with max-thickness rubber, so I wanted the blade to be as light as possible, and since everyone's reviews were good, I decided to try this one. Compared to the Freitas I used before, both the feel and the sound are different — it went from a metallic ping to more of a soft "tok" sound, and the ball goes exactly where you aim it. Very easy to use.

For the price, it uses a special aramid material, and at just 75 grams it's nice and light, so the value for money is great.
The feel is pleasant too, and speed, spin, and control are all good — it's a well-balanced, easy-to-use blade.
