I borrowed this from a friend and it's amazing! I had a Provincial Hurricane blue sponge on it, and the bounce is strong enough that it overshoots. Some people say it's the same as the Zhang Jike ALC, but this one feels softer to me. The ball sinks into the sponge nicely too, and counters feel like they dig in deep on the opponent's side. I had an 80 on the backhand, and the ball lands on the table just right. The blade itself has a lot of bounce too, so you get a feel where spin alone can send the ball flying. The short game stays under control since I'm using tacky rubber, and the chiquita has good speed too — I think this is a really high-performance blade. This was the first time I felt real potential in an outer blade.

I'm really bad at table tennis, but ever since I started using this blade I've been able to hit through the ball properly.

I sometimes see reviews saying it flies way too much, but I haven't found that to be true. It has a nice, moderate amount of bounce. When you swing all the way through you get a nasty, heavy ball, and if you hit it so the ball sinks into the sponge a bit, you get insane amounts of spin (helped along by the rubber's performance too).
The feel wasn't too hard or too soft — it felt just right.
As for the easy backhand swing that's supposed to be Viscaria's strength, it didn't feel all that different from other blades to me, but I did feel that the thicker grip let me hold it firmly and transfer power more easily.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Biscaria Jike (Experience: ４〜５ years) A truly exceptional racket

There was a time when people were even importing this blade from overseas... and once you try it, you understand why!!
It's used by China's Zhang Jike and, more recently, by a lot of players on the Japanese women's national team too.You often hear that since it has the same blade construction as the Timo Boll ALC or Zhang Jike ALC, there's no need to pay a premium for it, but that's probably wrong.
I used to use the Zhang Jike ALC, and the feel was quite hard, with drives coming out flat with little arc. It also had a lot of overshoot misses, so it's fair to call it pretty wild and hard to control.The Viscaria has a softer feel than the Zhang Jike ALC, and topspin drives and short-game techniques are both easier to pull off. For an outer ALC blade, the control is honestly unusual.
And another standout feature of this blade is
the grip is incredibly comfortable to hold!!
This is the first blade where my middle, ring, and pinky fingers have fit this well!!
And thanks to that, the backhand swings through so easily. Once that happens, even the chiquita comes in sharper on the opponent's side.This is a blade I'd really recommend picking up if you're a player who attacks mainly with the backhand, through the short game and countering.

How you perceive the feel of a blade differs from person to person, and maybe there's also some individual variation between units? In any case, my Viscaria doesn't feel hard or have that wild, unpredictable bounce at all. If anything, it feels moderately flexible and soft, while still drawing a high-speed arc when you swing hard — it seems like an ideal ace blade for an inverted-inverted drive player. Personally, I find it more focused and easier to use than the same maker's Inner Force Layer ZLC ALC. I don't think I can go back to an inner blade anymore. If you work your way through 5-ply → 7-ply → inner → outer, you should be able to really feel that this is a top-tier blade. I'm personally not a fan of blades named after players, so I think I'll be sticking with this one for a long time.

My previous blade was an inner arylate carbon, so I figured there wouldn't be much difference, but
my net misses actually dropped a lot. Countering is also easy, and backhand loop counters in particular
come in with an ideal trajectory. When trading shots at mid-distance,
overshoot misses stand out, but you can still hit really powerful balls. The short game is very easy
and thanks to the grip, backhand techniques are really easy to pull off. Since the forehand side is an outer blade, snappy flicks felt really easy to do too.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

It just pops the ball up beautifully. High-spin topspin drives and counters feel amazing with this. If you're on the fence, you should buy it.
