Vega Elite from XIOM: Equipped with a soft version of the "Carbo Sponge". This unique sponge gives a soft and exciting feel, and provides the same level of energy efficiency as the harder Vega Pro and Asia. The new "Hyper Elasto" top layer of natural rubber has a special pimple structure for great trampoline effect and extraordinary dwelling time. The combination of the special sponge and top layer endows Vega Elite with mighty control, as well as an innovative spin performance. It creates the largest safe zone (window) above the net for topspin attacks. As a result, it will greatly reduce the probability of mistakes. A loud metallic sound at contact also helps the player adjust their shot.
Vega Elite is recommended for players of modern European style, who play with continuous and controlled topspin on both sides.

It's really soft. The control is great. Both flicks and smashes are easy to pull off.

It's soft, that's for sure.
The ball sinks in plenty too.
However, it doesn't put on that much spin.
It felt a bit different from modern rubbers.
That said, if your game is mainly meeting the ball, it should work well.

When I hit with it, it felt incredibly soft.
Because of that, a style where you sink the ball in felt really satisfying.
That said, with the plastic ball there was a bit of a slipping feeling to go along with it, so I think it works well if you put it on the backhand for meeting-style hitting. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Like andro's GTT, this is a tension rubber that's still easy to use. Since it doesn't fly too much even while you're still building your form, it was easy to figure out what was causing my misses. Personally I also find XIOM's Asia and Europe from the DF series easy to use, but this one is even easier to handle.

This is really suited for the backhand.
I'd recommend it for anyone who wants to compete using variations in spin on the backhand.
It gripped the ball for spin more than I expected.
It's such a great rubber it could sell for 6,000 yen.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

A rubber for beginners — the speed is very modest, it barely generates any spin, and it's hard to lift backspin balls.
Price-wise, it's a good rubber to learn on as a beginner. If you can afford something pricier, I'd recommend the Vega Tour or Omega VII Europe. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I'm using this on the backhand side of a 7-ply all-wood blade.
With Rigan on the forehand and Elite on the backhand, it's a control-focused setup, and with this combination my matches have been rock solid.
The standout feature is definitely how soft and easy to control it is.
The ball also flies in a nice straight line. This actually matters a lot to me — my backhand drive form tends to lift too high, so with a rubber that arcs a lot I used to get countered easily, but since switching to this one my shots come in low, sharp, and deep.
I feel like pushes tend to clip the net, but that got better once I got a bit more used to it.
Smashes are excellent as well.
It's not easily affected by the incoming ball's spin, so blocking is easy.
If you're after control and value for money, I think this is a great choice. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft
