The specially-made sponge gives it good bounce, and the speed was quite fast too.
I was really surprised by the spin performance —
"It grips this much?!"
— and I felt like the speed and spin performance were both at a really high level‼
But the downside is that with how tacky it is, it's quite susceptible to incoming spin…

Overwhelming spin combined with speed performance close to a tension rubber. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say no other tacky rubber can match this one! Because the rubber is hard, the destructive power when you land a solid impact is stunning!

Compared to the original Hurricane Neo3, this one has more bounce, but it still keeps the character of a proper tacky rubber.
Serves are a little weaker than with the original Hurricane, but still spin plenty. It's easy to vary long and short too.
As for drives, it's most powerful close to and at mid-distance from the table, but it's become a rubber you can still fight with even when you step back.
That said, the ball doesn't curve as much as it does with the Neo3. Also, if your impact isn't solid, the shot ends up flat and straight.
On receives, it's roughly on par with the Neo3, and it's still quite susceptible to incoming spin.
Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a rubber that's built around playing close to and at mid-distance, but that can still hold its own when you're pushed back.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

The first thing that surprised me was the control and speed. It has spin power on par with the Neo3, and every time I hit a drive I genuinely thought "whoa" at how much it extends.
I'd recommend it to players who prioritize spin over speed and who like to attack while aiming for specific courses.
