Players using the rubber table but smash powerful drives is recommended. Out of the playing rotation sharp Tutsi and seat tube shape due to high technology and high elasticity and easy spin on a power drive. Combination of soft sponge, coaxes out a high-performance control.

I'm using this on the reverse side of a Chinese penhold blade. As long as I don't hit some weird spot, rallies stay stable.
Forehand drive... it doesn't grip as much as inverted rubber, but the speed is really fast. The trajectory is low and straight, so once you've picked your course, you can put the ball away in one shot.
Serve... it bites almost as sharply as inverted rubber. I'm currently using Fastarc P-1, so let me compare (sorry, Nittaku). P-1 has more spin, but this one is more stable, so I serve with the Impartial.
Reverse-side play... this is the main point. Rallies are as I described above. I think inverted rubber is better suited for the chiquita.
That said, I felt drives had good speed and stayed stable without popping up too much, which I liked.
I thought short pips generally don't get affected much by incoming spin, but among short pips rubbers, this one is on the more affected side.
For a short pips rubber it's super aggressive, which is amazing!!!
It's high-performance, so give it a try at least once.
I hadn't written any downsides, so let me note them now. It's not suited for chopping. Pushes don't go in very well — probably because it doesn't have much grip on the ball.
Well, once you get used to it, drives start landing really well and the spin gets absolutely brutal, so I genuinely recommend it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Among short pips rubbers, this one is especially stable.
Drives and serves combine speed and spin in the attack so well that you'd almost mistake it for inverted rubber.
Pushes depend a lot on your own skill.
If you can't generate spin, you really can't with this rubber, but if you can, it grips a ton.

I used this on my forehand with short pips. (Not much on the backhand.)
Serves come out with spin that's every bit as good as high-elasticity inverted rubber, plus more stability.
Rallies are very easy to control, probably thanks to the soft sponge, so you can keep them going.
Smashes come with a lot of power thanks to the high speed performance. Just hit a bit harder and you get that satisfying smash feel.
Drives brush the ball with a feel almost the same as inverted rubber, which made them easy to hit.
Pushes are stable and feel good too.
Backhand drives are easier than with inverted rubber.That said, for a short pips rubber it's fairly sensitive to incoming spin, so you do need to be careful.
Still, I think the spin, speed, and control are top-class for short pips, so I can recommend it to short pips players on either forehand or backhand.
It also seems like a good fit for switching over from inverted rubber.
The downside is that the lifespan is a bit on the short side.That's it — from a beginner playing short pips on the forehand.

You can hit forehand drives on par with inverted rubber. Serves grip spin well too, and both the power and the stability are amazing.

This feels like the discontinued Impartial with tension technology added on top.
Among spin-oriented rubbers, I'd say this one grips a lot of spin.
It grips spin differently from Ray Storm — where Ray Storm wraps the whole rubber around the ball to generate spin, this one felt more like a Challenger-type rubber, putting spin on with the topsheet while the sponge does the work of launching the ball.

Pushes get spin close to inverted rubber, which is handy mid-rally. Also, being short pips, it's really easy to control! Switching from a push into a drive is easy too. That lets you take the upper hand! Smashes are great as well. I think it's good on the backhand. And best of all, when you're in trouble during a topspin rally, the knuckly blocks save you! It's really good!

This is a rubber a friend of mine was using, and he let me try it once. The first time I hit with it, it bounced and gripped spin so much that I genuinely wondered, wait, isn't this Tenergy? But when I looked closely at the rubber, it definitely wasn't Tenergy. So I'd say you could basically call this the short-pips version of Tenergy.
