It's on the harder side, which I like.
It bounces like crazy, the spin is insane, and it's easy to control.
The price feels fair too.

Playing it the same way you would a tension rubber works just fine. If you feel like you're lacking power, just add more forward pressure into the shot. Do that and you'll get an explosive topspin drive lol

Normally I use tension rubber, and my first thought was "whoa, that's slow" lol.

I used this on the forehand, and here's what I found:
- You can hit speed drives and it also gives a distinctive arc.
- The power on loops is off the charts
- The serve just bites like crazy
- Stable over the table
- Power is just okay (depends on your swing speed)
- Easily affected by incoming spin

Pairing it with a hard blade makes the serve a bit tricky, but I felt it spins more than the NEO3. If you brush it properly, it's a rubber that really bites and spins a lot.

I felt like this might be the most stable one in the whole Hurricane series.
Comparing them:
Spin: NEO3 > Turbo Orange
Short game: NEO3 < Turbo Orange
Forehand drive: NEO3 > Turbo Orange
Backhand drive: NEO3 < Turbo Orange
Smash: I'd say
NEO3 < Turbo Orange
is easier,
and tackiness: NEO3 > Turbo Orange.
