A comprehensively thinner top surface rubber, subjected to high tension, allows space for a thicker sponge - generating extra power and speed.
The DONIC Bluestorm Series offers noticeably greater acceleration whilst retaining its outstanding spin and speed characteristics, making the latest trend.
The thinnest sponge is 1.9 mm, middle sponge thickness is 2.1 mm - and the thickest variation is called max+, because this sponge is even thicker than previous max versions.

A middle-pored sponge with a short wide pimpled structure. The Turbo has a 50° sponge and is therefore slightly harder than the standard Z1.
DONIC has produced a more dynamic version of Z1 with Bluestorm Z1 Turbo. The sponge of Z1 Turbo is slightly harder but with the same middle pore size. An almost perfect combination with the very thin high-tension pimpled rubber and the highly valued dynamic blue sponge. The perfect weapon for uncompromising attackers.

For the price range, I think the performance really stands out. Loops and counters don't slip, and you can go for broke with fast drives to score points — for this price, that's great. If I had to name a downside, it'd be that serves tend to fly long, and you have to be a bit careful with your short game. Its attacking capability is impressive whether you're on forehand or backhand. I think it's a rubber worth trying at least once.

I use it on my backhand.
It's rated at 50 degrees hardness, but it doesn't feel that hard. It's great for both meeting the ball and driving, and overall it's a well-rounded rubber that's easy to use at a high level.
Unlike Tenergy, it doesn't die if you leave it alone, so as long as you keep the sheet on, it lasts a long time.The only thing I find difficult is when I get pulled out of position. The sheet is soft, so if you can't swing all the way through, you'll feel a lack of power. If you're used to Rozena, Tenergy, or Dignics, you might find the ball drops short when you catch it thin.
In terms of value for money, it's excellent. Tenergy is expensive, so I'd recommend anyone who isn't a Tenergy person give this a try.

I'd been using Bluefire JP 01 Turbo for a long time, but now I have max thickness of this rubber on my forehand. The power and spin are amazing — perfect for drive-oriented players.

This is a thin-sheet rubber. It reminded me of Rozanter.
For what I could manage myself, everything was easy except for drives against backspin.
My impression is that drives against backspin just don't rise.
It's an overall flat-trajectory rubber, so that might be why.
Against topspin, though, it went into the opponent's court sharply!
The problem was spin. It just doesn't grip much. It might be my own lack of skill, but it felt lacking compared to other rubbers.

Used MAX thickness on the forehand of my Innerforce ZLC.
First off, the performance is definitely above what you'd expect for this price range.
Good points
- Serves and drives get tons of spin, and the shots come out heavy.
- Sidespin serves in particular curve really well.
- It's very bouncy, so you get speed. I've gotten a lot more outright winners on my drives.
- Topspin rallies are easy to play.Bad points
- The trajectory on drives is on the flat side.
- When hitting a weak, low-momentum push from the opponent with an impact drive, the ball often doesn't rise enough and catches the net.
- While it's easy to generate strong spin, it's also easy to get affected by the opponent's spin. Which makes sense, I guess.
- It's heavy. Cut to racket size, it weighed 50g.That's about it, but there's no doubt the performance exceeds the price, so if you're curious, why not give it a try?
That said, it's still a 50-degree rubber, so if you're not confident in your impact, you might want to start with the Z1 instead.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I'd been curious about this one for a while, and picked it up at the same time as a new blade.
Rated 52 degrees on the German scale, my impression before using it was that it'd be a typical hard German-style rubber, but once it arrived and I actually used it, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, that 52-degree hardness isn't something you feel while hitting. The ball bounces solidly and flies forward with a real hum to it, yet it feels softer than the listed hardness — probably because the top sheet is designed thin.
Serves and drives bite nicely too. It grips the ball with real spin, so you can swing with confidence. And on top of all that, there's the price. It varies by shop, but it's typically around 4500 to the low 5000-yen range, which is a very student-friendly price. Donic isn't that well known in Japan, but throwing this rubber right into the volume zone occupied by the likes of Rakza, Spinvenom, Rozena, and G-1 from each maker feels like it could start a real price war. That's the kind of impression it leaves. Bottom line, it's a god-tier rubber.
